The website was very easy to use to setup my baby registry and buybuy baby customer service rep were very helpful when I ran into issue using the completion coupon. They help me resolve the issue quickly and I am very happy with their customer service.

The website was not taking the registry code and the online chat wasn’t working for me. After leaving a note on the contact us page, Martin replied by email shortly after, helped me placing an order and made the adjustments necessary at the back end to get to the right result. Would expect from BBB the website to work smoothly. Disappointed it hasn’t but really appreciate the help from Martin. Would not have made any progress without him.

We bought a rocking chair from this location through their worker Ross. Ross was amazing to work with! He was so kind and knowledgeable and even dropped off the chair at our house because I could not fit it in my small car! A+ Service

Horrible customer service. If you order online and not from the store, there is no actual communication with someone outside of the chat. The email is not working. The phone number is not working. The representatives in the chat will report that they have no voice communication. I ordered 3 furniture items over a week ago and though I was charged full price already, no update on my order regarding status. And when you ask, they have no idea and tell you that they will get back to you in 24/48 hours with no actual follow through. This is a review after my 3rd followup for the concern of my "unfulfilled" order and lack of communication and updates.
Outside of online purchases, just go to the actual store. Make sure the items there and enjoy your stress free from the poor customer service BuyBuyBaby has.

I received an item with the security mechanism still attached which was disappointing however the customer service was really good and fast. They provided us a return label and will be sending a replacement.
