New store same old bad habits 2 registers open 40 people in line !! Call me crazy but isn’t the objective is to cash people out to get the sale! What good is a full store if people are just leaving the register and walking away !

Be careful shopping here during Holiday season. I shopped at this store on 12/08/2019. There is a cashier named Ralph (store: 00003) at Burlington store in Braintree, Ma. that steals merchandise while the customer is at register. He scans items, places bags on floor, and bends to put some "in bag" while it so low. There is a compartment underneath where he stores the items until done. He will take your number down so that he can return it without a receipt but will ask you "would you like to leave your number in case you lose your receipt ". Dont fall for it. I bought 7 items and came home with 5 but it's the most expensive items on my receipt that are missing. Please be mindful. Check your bag no matter how many things you get at the register or by entrance before you leave. Better yet have him/her put the bag big or small on the counter. Be safe. Be mindful. Twisted thieves out here.
Update: made complaints and still haven't gotten a response or any help. No assistance at all

Hit or miss you may find a designer brand and you may find cheap quality clothing. It depends on storage location.
