I took my 6y/o to build a bear the other day and had the absolute 2 best humans help us. Eren was the first one to help my daughter pick out the stuffy she wanted. Eren was so patient and even tho a line was forming, knowing that this was my daughters first time at the store, she didn't cut any corners and made every single second so magical!!
Then, When it was time to pick out outfits and accessories I began to get overwhelmed. Viola came to my rescue. She instantly knew how to redirect both of us. My daughter was able to get exactly what she wanted. The entire experience was absolutely perfect because of Eren and Viola.

Unfriendly staff. I was the only customer in the store and I wasn’t acknowledged. I wasn’t greeted. My son even interacted with an employee and they didn’t say a word.
I was ready to buy something for my sons birthday but I wasn’t going to work for it.

We go yearly for our birthday bears, at least. I have 4 kids, so it's pretty often. The last girl in July was really sweet, and she was training. You could tell it was refreshing. Usually, though, there is a heftier woman that works here that is mean. My child shouldn't run... that is absolutely correct, BUT my child is very young and just enjoys being alive, so screaming at him really isn't the correct way, and I do not appreciate it whatsoever. It's sad, actually.
