Do not ever use Budget For any reason. They Bait and switch their rentals so you think you're renting a truck and then they try to hand you a van t telling you that it's all the same size. I'm sorry the interior square footage of a box truck is not the same interior square footage as a 12 ft cargo van. Secondly I went to two different locations the first one realized I wasn't buying the garbage and gave me a truck . I went to a different location the following Monday in Hanover Massachusetts I could barely understand the man that I was speaking to he had no record of my reservation when I got there he tried to give me the same bit about a van and did not have a van or a truck on his property furthermore I looked at my bank account today and they put through a $75 charge on my bank account I called their customer service line could not understand anybody on the phone over there either and then was told I would get my $75 that they had no right charging because it's fraud in about 5 to 7 days . There was no supervisor available at this time to speak to me do not go near these people and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud

No where on their website does it indicate they have no customer parking, nor does it tell you on the confirmation email or when you are reserving the vehicle. It's a truck rental facility, how don't you have a place for me to park my car to swap out, is this a joke? It's not like you're in Boston, get a parking lot and stop being so cheap. The guy behind the counter laughed it off and said "nah most people just Uber here!" What a joke, recommending everywhere but here for rentals car/truck and never coming back. The dude had terrible customer service, didn't say a word while inspecting the truck.

Just dropped off a truck and the manager said he couldn’t give me a receipt because it wasn’t filled up. I just topped it off and gave him a picture of it. He was super rude and declined to give me a receipt saying he had to add up the extra charges which should be none!

Customer service was great. Car was fine. Billing -not so much. No drop slot so you can't drop it on time. Had to come in early am so they added all sort of fees. A $300 rental quickly turned into $480. Wasn't happy about that.

I rented a car from them last week. Service was great. I loved my GMC Arcadia they were fast, efficient and when I returned my car they drove me to shuttle to get to the airport. I definitely will rent from them again! Thanks Budget!

SHOULD BE ZERO stars... but I'm forced to give one. I make an appt for a 830 small truck rental.. I show up at 9, and theres nobody there.. I called the office.. walk around the back.. wait inside and 30 minutes later the only person working comes out. We do all the paperwork and then he says 'where are you leaving your car cos you cant leave it here" .. ok, he eventually shows me to park in the employee lot. The truck is a crappy falling apart POS.. and filthy. I drop the truck back 30 minutes before they close.. and the guys again is just not there.. so I leave the truck out back and throw the keys in the drop box.. except he never said; 1) if you leave keys in the drop box you get charged for another day 2) you have to refuel it or get charged like $7 per gallon. So a $60 rental becomes $120. STAY AWAY from this location, anywhere else would be a better experience

While on the road, I called Avis customer service and they coordinated an exchange at this location as my rental car had a bulging/unsafe tire. I rushed out to make the exchange before the 6:00 PM closing time. The local service representative denied speaking with the Avis customer service and told me they had no cars and "don't brother" calling anyone. He told to me that car was safe to drive. I had to drive 45 minute on an unsafe tire. Avis is horrible!

I reserved a 10 ft truck 5 days in advance of the date I needed it for (7/21/2018). I even received a confirmation email earlier this week. Today, less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to pick it up, I received a phone call indicating that they don't have any trucks available. Great job Budget! There are plenty of companies out there that rent trucks, and most of them employ people who understand the definition of "reservation". Stay away from this company, they clearly do not!

This place is unreliable. Even after reserving the truck online 24 hours prior to pick up, they still gave it away. Apparently reserving online doesn't mean anything, if someone comes in person and asks for it, they'll get it. We had to run around from one truck rental place to the next looking for a last minute truck on move in day. Unnecessary stress. Don't bother, go somewhere else.

The car I rented was fine, however the service was horrible. There was no one in the office for 30 mins as the line got longer and longer. One of the customers walked to the back of the building to locate him. When he finally shows up out front, he advises we show little patience...

Absolute scammers. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau etc. Lied and withheld information. I went in there and got a quote for insurance. It was way too much per day so I signed a waiver to opt out. I said I didn't want any add ons and they acknowledged that. When the guy gave me the rental agreement he told me what I was signing and of course did not mention the insurance he added. He also gave the rental agreement to me folded even though it just looked like the full paper. If I saw the other side I would've seen the added insurance and told him I didn't want that. When I was signing the rental agreement, he told me verbally how much the total rental cost would be after all the estimates he put in the system and it corresponded with the amount that excluded the insurance. I didn't know I was being charged for insurance until it hit my credit card when I returned the truck. The guy also told me if I returned the truck a day early, I'd get that money back. I never did. After multiple attempts, the company will not give me back my money that I specifically said I did not want. I was offered it and made it very clear I didn't want it. They maliciously hid information from me. Never again.

Good prices and good customer service. Be sure to bring back you truck within 24 hours of rental .. I had to pay 2 days worth of rental services
