I arrived at 12 o’clock. It was two people ahead of me so I waited about 40 minutes and then I gave her my credit card and my ID she tell me I can’t rent a car because they messed it up on my credit like I’ve never heard of basing a Rent-A-Car on a credit when I go to Enterprise I don’t have no problem and I ask her was budget the same way, so apparently budget and Avis ones your credit OK so I had to call me a Uber to go all the way home I was really disappointed they should’ve told me this over the phone

No customer service. Didn't advise about toll rd penalties or offer to use EZ pass already in veh. Had a friend two days later point it out.

First of all...this place is extremely small. We called ahead of time, and when we arrived 45 minutes later, they only had 1 car available. It looked like they only had 5 cars on the entire lot. I suggest you pass this one and look for something maybe closer in the city where more cars would be available.

Do not ever use Budget For any reason. They Bait and switch their rentals so you think you're renting a truck and then they try to hand you a van t telling you that it's all the same size. I'm sorry the interior square footage of a box truck is not the same interior square footage as a 12 ft cargo van. Secondly I went to two different locations the first one realized I wasn't buying the garbage and gave me a truck . I went to a different location the following Monday in Hanover Massachusetts I could barely understand the man that I was speaking to he had no record of my reservation when I got there he tried to give me the same bit about a van and did not have a van or a truck on his property furthermore I looked at my bank account today and they put through a $75 charge on my bank account I called their customer service line could not understand anybody on the phone over there either and then was told I would get my $75 that they had no right charging because it's fraud in about 5 to 7 days . There was no supervisor available at this time to speak to me do not go near these people and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud

This was my first experience with Budget car rental and boy, I was so amazed at the hassle-free experience with the check-in and the checkout. Most importantly the vehicle I received was brand new and me and my family were very happy and comfortable with it during our 3 day tour. I look forward to renting again from Budget.

Where do I start with “The Budget”? I swore that I would never use “The Budget” again after my Fort Meyers experience. But this time my husband was hopeful that the experience was going to be different. Let’s not mention the customer service because it’s nonexistent (from getting the car and returning the car). They gave me a car with no back wiper blade and unfortunately for me it rained the whole time I had the car. We had to figure out things on our own.

The car I picked up at the airport had a bum air conditioner. Took it into this Budget and they quickly replaced it with no hassle. Thank you for saving our vacation!

I took advantage of the online prepaid deal and it was a terrible experience. The front counter receptionist was no help. One other customer told me to pay attention to the fuel tank marked on the paper because her said Full but it was empty. When I dropped off the car, I was told that I was all set but then I noticed the next day I was charged for the fuel tank and new daily base rate. I brought the car back at the same fuel tank I was given and the base rate I was given came from their online deal (30% off). Be careful with renting from Budget/AVIS. It seems like their quick scam you if you don't pay attention. I will stick with Enterprise!

It’s a small little place with a packed parking lot. The person working there though was super friendly, nice, and personable. I would recommend renting from them. The price was $130.00 for the day which wasn’t bad since it was very last minute Had to put a $250.00 hold which I thought was very low so no complaints from me.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Before you go there to pick up your rental. Please don't forget a MAJOR CREDIT CARD!Even if you used a bank debit card to make the reservation. In order to take delivery of the rental you HAVE TO pay with a MAJOR CREDIT CARD. Oh.Just one more lil detail that the overwhelmingly under enthusiastic ( body behind the counter ) didn't care to mention. There gonna whack you with a refundable $200.00 deposit. On top of what your final price is. And. The $200 deposit and rental fee have to be paid for all together on. Guess what??? A MAJOR CREDIT CARD!! It's 2021 BUDGET/AVIS!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!

New policy, apparently, made checking out the rental much harder than usual. No debit card allowed, so credit card used. We were shy all of $60 credit, so we asked if we could split - No. Asked if we could downgrade for lower cost against CC available balance - No, system will run the same amount now, regardless. Clerk was less than helpful in helping to solve the problem. In the end, we made a large payment to a different card, which crimped our available cash, to make it happen. Also contacted customer service, who appeared to want to help, but took more time to get a supervisor on board than it took to deplete our cash for the weekend.

Made reservations for a box truck a few days ago for today. We are moving into our new house today. Went there this morning only to find out they had NO trucks available because the town of braintree were using them for “fireworks”. The fact that not one person from this company called us to inform us of this is lazy and uncalled for.
