I'm shocked to see the One Star Reviews. My son has been attending Kindercare in Braintree since April of 2021 and we haven't been disappointed yet. The supervisor even gone out of her way to keep my son with the same girl that my son took an instant connection to the 1st day he started, when my son was moving up to Preschool Class. My son still comes home from school very happy and loves telling us about his day. He even has a great bond with the supervisor & his Teacher. I also love that they let me bring in nut free cupcakes for the holidays and my son's birthday. Thank you KinderCare Braintree for being a great fit for my son and part of our Family.

If I could give zero stars I would. After other reviews I've seen, I'm not surprised. I came in to the center a few weeks ago with my husband and toddler for a visit, & on arrival I was disappointed to hear staff down the hall, literally screaming at the kids to "shut their mouths" and calling them annoying. If your workers aren't equipped to deal with kids they shouldn't be around them. Simple!!! My son will definitely not be going there. One of the girls even called herself making a joke telling us to "run while we can" as the manager was on a phone call. Completely unprofessional all around!! They definitely give off a $$$ hungry impression, also learned their food provided to the children is all microwaved & not always the right temperate. The kids are always sick way more than should be, doesn't seem sanitized at all! WE DEFINITELY RAN AND YOU ALL SHOULD TOO!!

Cons: This daycare is very chaotic. They function in a true corporate fashion. There is no consistency with teachers and some are rarely on time. Yet, they want to open more classrooms to increase enrollment. You expect sickness but it is very chronic here. Communication between parents, teachers and administration is poor.Pros: Convenient location. Food is provided and made fresh daily. Curriculum is good and teachers do their best to support development.Update: Thank you KinderCare for your response. No one reached out to understand why we un-enrolled from the location to begin with. I will leave the feedback as is with no further follow up from us. I do encourage the company to implement some sort exit interview or survey proactively if they really want feedback.

Awful school, the teachers yell at the students all day and grab their arms. They always shuffle the kids to different classrooms because of the student teacher ratio so you never know what class your child will be in when you pick them up. The teachers are always hanging out talking amongst themselves. Save your time & money and don't send your child to this place.

Kindercare daycare is amazing! I'm so lucky to have found this daycare at the last minute for my toddler son. From the beginning they staff were very welcoming and gave us a family feel. Which gave me comfort an ease to have my son here. I knew he was in good hands. Learning wise he has been more vocal with learning and that's what we as parents want to see. Thank you to all the staff for all that you do!

My son loves going here. What he learns here he uses at home. He also loves telling us about his day. He also talks about his friends and what toys they play with. I highly recommend Kindercare.

My son has been attending Kindercare in Braintree since he was 5 months old and he will be turning 4 this fall. Even when we moved 2 towns over, we still kept him at this facility because:1) they provide all meals (breakfast, lunch and snacks), no other facility offers that option2) the locations and hours are very covenient.3) most importantly, the staff and teachers are professional and take great care of the kids.4) this facility is state of the art, there is an app where the teachers log the daily activities and they take pictures and videos of what the kids are doing. Its great to see them in action!

We've been taking our child there for a year now. Although he is just learning English because it's not his first language, he enjoys his time there very much, which is always a good sign.At the beginning there were a few changes in personnel that impacted my child's classroom. However, we are very happy with the teachers. They are very caring and loving. They've always treated our child with great affection and have always made an effort to communicate with him and made him feel integrated despite not knowing the language. On top of this, I think the center has been doing a great job handling the Coronavirus crisis and I feel my child is safe: they kept an open communication with the parents during quarantine, they sent weekly activities ideas to do with our kids during the lock down, and they are following safety protocols to avoid spread and keep all children, teachers, and families safe.

Our daughter has been attending KinderCare since she was 12-weeks-old so it was an easy choice to send our son after my maternity leave ended. We feel that our children are loved and cared for when we’re at work and we couldn’t be more grateful to have found somewhere that gives us this peace of mind when we can’t be with them.

SAVE YOUR CHILD DONT GO HERE.This daycare neglects children. I removed my daughter after having bruises on both Sides of her face in the care of Michaela and Lauren. Somehow my daughter would be left alone for so long she had huge holes in her shirt from chewing. This only became a habit when she was in this daycare which I am sure was From stress and nervousness. Spoke to SHANNON more than 7 times in a span of One month. I thought this place would be professional with all the branches they have. But I was so wrong.2.My child came home in bruises and scratches With no explanation. And yes I discussed this with the director of the school. Nothing changed3.Witnessed a worker pick up food from the floor and put it Into my child’s plateMy Child was 17 months when she entered this childcare center4. Spoke to the director about 7 times on all these issues and she always said she was going to work on it and absolutely nothing changed!5. Witnessed another child jump on my child. Mine was screaming crying and no one was watching5. Sent phots of my child crying and chewing her clothes. (Instead of being educational and telling her no)6. Witnessed teacher get mad because a child wanted to be held. Which is how a child finds comfort. They are adjusting!7. My child came home EXTREMELY thirsty everyday. (Sign of neglect and abuse)8. Teachers complained they didn’t know what to do about my daughters chewing issue but never brought in help (additional care taker) until I asked them if they To which should be procedure
