Love this body shop! Great communication made getting my car repaired stress free. The team at Braintree Auto body went the extra mile to get all of the damage covered by insurance, and even gave me a bottle of touch up paint when I picked up my car. They even show me how to use it correctly by going around the car and touching up small scratches and chips.A big thank you for a great job!I highly recommend the Pros of Braintree Auto body company!

I brought my car in to be fixed after an accident. I asked Bob could be buff out a scratch on my door and he stated that he would "attempt" to. They ended up making the scratch worse and said that he didn't charge me for the attempt and he was sorry and there was nothingthat he could do. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!! IF YOU YOU, BUYER BEWARE!!!! NEVER AGAIN l!

These folks do great work, are honest, and a preferred provider for our insurance Mafre which is a testimony unto itself. Our crash magnet is going in again for another fendah bendah. Trust them implicitly.

I had to get a new bumper and they were able to help me replace it in no time! They were always friendly and were honest with me. You don't find that everywhere, so this was a gem. I told them my budget and they didn't judge me. I ended up not getting the paint job right now on my new bumper. Since I'm a woman I've been judged up and down by many mechanics. Not here though, very kind and understanding. It was hard the first time I visited I didn't know where to find someone. I found out the office is right next to the gate opening on the right hand side after you enter. They were very communicative with me and informed me they had someone on vacation so expect to hear back from us on this day kind of a thing. Which I appreciated because I've had bad experiences in the past with no communication. Will definitely come back here when needed.

Our daughter's car had extensive damage due to an accident. A driver rear-ended her new car at a high rate of speed. We reached out to Braintree Auto Body for assistance. They were extremely helpful and efficient. They kept in touch throughout the process. Initially we were not sure if it could be repaired, but they were able to fix everything in a timely manner. Her car looked as new as the day she drove it off the lot from the dealership. I would highly recommend them.

I'd give zero stars to the dude who like to swear at women when they do in the wrong door by accident. Put some sign ups. Have some respect for the people who want their car fixed at your Jack a** lot. Go here to get abused for going in the wrong door when only employees are there.

Do not go to this place! I got in an accident about a year ago and had my car brought to this shop. My bumped was replaced and now it is a chipping and peeling off. It is the only part of my car that was replaced and is the only part that is now chipping. Awful
