A great community of people. The gym is large with lots of equipment. There is a weekly schedule of classes available to members as well as walk-ins. Bayshore also has an excellent childcare service with a separate playroom on site.

Great free weights. Also, tons of cardio, aerobics, punching bags, etc. Really cool people working there. And there's always people around, staff and members, to give advice if you ask

A Five star Gym. Tons of room and options from weights, machines, to heavy bags. Cleaned everyday. Great owner.. well maintained! Nothing compares to Bayshore!!
