Always super fun to go and smell all the perfumes, soaps, and candles. They also have lipglosses and chapsticks now that you can try as well.

Cashiers do not understand how to do their jobs or even bother to care. Signs everywhere pointing to buy 3 get 1 free but register didn't pick it up. Cashiers didn't honor sale or send anyone to confirm after being pointed out. Had two greeters who repeated customer service dialogues like they were robots without personalities.Last time I will be shopping there.

Love there sales I got so many beautiful scents for less than 5 dollars a piece can’t wait for the end of the season sale!!! Bring back salt water Breeze it’s my favorite

The customer service here is a joke. There was a table labeled 75% off semi annual sale. There were a few candles & there was also an employee moving candles and other items to that said table. I made sure to ask “so this is all 75% off?” To which she answered yes. We grab a couple of the candles and head to the cashier to where Heather is ringing us up. She says the candles are not on sale. We tell her multiple times we got it on the table that has the sale and we explained that a floor employee reassured us they were on sale. When we showed her where we got them there were other candles there to which she said “some of these candles shouldn’t be here” clearly meaning that the candles were mixed in. It’s not the customer’s fault or problem that MULTIPLE candles were on the table having the sale when they should not have been. Heather also proceeds to say “I gotta call my manager cus if I honor this I could lose my job and I’m not about to lose my job” I found that so unprofessional. Quite frankly heather I do not care about your job, that is not my problem or any other customers problem, that’s #1. #2 that was extremely unprofessional to say to a customer, and #3 I don’t care how big the sale is. If the candles were mixed in and they were placed somewhere they shouldn’t have been placed BY AN EMPLOYEE, then the price should have been honored. That’s false advertisement. In the end, some lady named Kristen came over (not sure if she’s the manager) looked at the candle and said “yea they’re full price”. Clearly nobody in this store cares about customer service, it’s ridiculous. Retrain these employees please. I’ll stick to Victoria’s Secret for fragrances and candles from now on & everyone else should too.

Guys this is the place to get your sweetie some nice body spray/gel they always have specials so not to break your wallet. I always get my stocking stuffers there!!???❤??
