This is the 3rd time that someone has not only hacked my account but I believe that the tellers don't know how to READ as there are notes ALL over my 2 accounts and still they mess it up. I would like to have these accounts straightened out so I can close both accounts.

Avoid this guy at all cost don’t trust him with your money.David SekundayoOfficerFinancial Center ManagerI came to this location when it was open and I was the only one there, no one was busy just needed to make a transaction, and without even checking who I’m he refused to give me service.This guy is a disgrace, very unprofessional and priorities people how ever he like, he’s rude and very confrontational he make a bad name and bad representation for BOA and probably will be the cost for a lot of people leaving BOA, Im with BOA for more then 15 years and I’m leaving. avoid this location at all cost.My next call is to move all my accounts to chase.And file a formal complaint against him with BOA main offices.

I'm a student. I got a debit card Bank of America. When I made a deposit the ATM just sucked my card and did not return. I call to help center, no one answered, I called approximately 7-9 times. I still call them every day now one answers. I can't get my card back. I'm a student I am surviving almost for a month without my money. The center does not work on Saturdays, as I'm student I can't visit during weekdays, I'm not allowed to leave a campus. I can't contact them in any ways. The mobile app.- Erika is useless. I described her my problems 100 times. All she does " Sorry, I did not understand that". I thought at least I could visit on Columbus Day as there is no School. However, the center does not work that day. I have no idea what tot do. I wish to get my card and get all my money out and never deal with such a problem.

The worst customer service. Had to tell 3 different people, one of whom could barely speak English, what I had to get done. For some reason they said it had to be notarized. There was no notary available. What a waste of time. I hate Bank of America.

I had received an E-Check from Deluxe E-Checks and printed it out with the intention to deposit it at this Bank of America branch. In the past, this was my go-to-branch regarding most transactions, since they are open later than most other branches. Once I arrived at the bank, I approached the teller asking if I coulddeposit my E-Check. The teller was very friendly and professional. He told me that he was unsure if he could deposit the check since he had never seen an E-Check like this before. He then grabbed his manager asking if they could deposit the check -- she too was unsure. She asked the supervisor who then said he would call the number provided by Deluxe E-Checks (which was printed below the check I had brought) to verify. The supervisor acknowledged that they work with Deluxe but followed up saying that he was confident that they don't accept "checks like these." However, both the supervisor and manager didn't call the number and refused to verify the check. Although they were professional about the situation by providing me alternative ways to deposit my check, the fact they did not call the number to verify the check for me is unsatisfactory and disappointing. After asking numerous times if they could visit the website to verify the authenticity of the check or even call the number provided for to verify the check, they refused to do so due to the fact they were "not comfortable." I later called Deluxe E-Checks regarding this situation (as I was unsure as to why I was unable to deposit my check) and the representative said that Bank Of America is a bank that they are partnered and work with. Therefore, they should've known that my check was authentic. Even if they were suspicious about the check potentially being fraudulent, they should've felt comfortable verifying the check through Deluxe's verification website or through a representative. None-the-less, I will be avoiding visiting this Bank of America branch.

I agree with Ashley's comment. If I could give this bank no stars I would as well. The branch manager Jose ( larger short man) is not helpful.
