At 2:00pm they were unable to assist with a wire transfer. So 3 hours left in the work day and no one there that can do a wire.

My wife and I have held a joint account at BOA for approximately 30 years, at a balance ranging usually between $250K through $600K. I like to think of us as long-time, loyal customers for a bank. We have never had cause for complaint, until now.My wife went to the Tremont Street location of BOA in Braintree, MA to get some papers notarized. The Notary Public first told her that since she needed three stamps on a document of 7 pages, this was too much effort and the NP refused to do it. My wife asked if she could see the Manager. The NP stated that he was out to lunch. After a suitably long time, the Manager arrived, and then yet more issues came up:* The NP still refused to notarize certain sections of the document.* We had our son there to serve as one of the witnesses to the signature, but needed two witness signatures and had hoped, as has been the case in every instance where we have needed a document notarized with witnesses, that one of the staff could do it. The Manager and the NP refused.Throughout this process, my wife felt that she was being inexplicably treated with hostility and suspicion. This made an easy straightforward process stressful and antagonistic. My wife had to call up our personal law firm who eventually talked the Manager and the NP into signing the forms, which were standard and should have posed no problems whatsoever. A few days later I had to get similar forms notarized for myself. I went over to Kinko's and the entire process took 5 minutes. That included their roping in their employees as witnesses to the signature. If this is how they treat their long-term customers - buyer beware. We now keep much lower balances at BOA, based on this customer experience - and may end up closing our account entirely.

Avoid this guy at all cost don't trust him with your money.David SekundayoOfficerFinancial Center ManagerI came to this location when it was open and I was the only one there, no one was busy just needed to make a transaction, and without even checking who I'm he refused to give me service. This guy is a disgrace, very unprofessional and priorities people how ever he like, he's rude and very confrontational he make a bad name and bad representation for BOA and probably will be the cost for a lot of people leaving BOA, Im with BOA for more then 15 years and I'm leaving. avoid this location at all cost.My next call is to move all my accounts to chase. And file a formal complaint against him with BOA main offices.

I had a terrible experience today when Jinny was very rude to one of the tellers when I was dealing with her - it was disgusting. She talked down to her and was very mean. I almost could not stomach it.

Appalled at the woman managers response to my coming in to discuss a fraud claim. She immediately said it’s my responsibility and there’s nothing they could do about it. That is not custom service or even human decency and this bank should be at fault for depositing and clearing a faulty check then removing it 4 days later and assuming I should be the one to know when a check is faulty? Switch your bank or at least do not go to this location and waste your time and frustration.

Not sure how to respond. Pulled up to the Drive Through the machine does give you a choice of what bills to have. 10s and 20s

Went for notary services for the second time and was turned down again because they can’t take a color print which is a pre-requisite for my application and they don’t accept the prints I carried, it’s been 6 years since I am doing checking/savings accnts with them, it’s time to look for a better banker.

Catarina went above and beyond to assist me with my recent family inheritance check. I had a 3 pm appointment, and she was waiting for me at her desk when I arrived. I opened a brand-new BOA savings account, discussed my deposit options for minimal fees, and reviewed my current account status, all within a 30 minute time frame. This BOA banking location was REALLY busy with customers, but the office was clean, appeared to be fully-staffed, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I will return back to see Catarina with any further financial questions, BOA-related or not. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all banking issues I addressed, and I am thrilled everything was taken care of in such a swift, professional manner.
