Brian and Victor made me feel incredibly safe. I was nervous driving my car and didn't know what was wrong since I had never had issues with it before. They ran a diagnostic and stayed with me outside until I felt secure. Brian referred me to a nearby mechanic and was very kind, especially when I walked in frantically. He followed Victor in helping me out.

This store is awesome not your average Autozone this one is clean bright and super organized and your counter man Alex is great. He came out to my car diagnosed the issue and topped up my a/c he even checked my oil after without hesitation even in the hot sun. What a great employee. I will definitely be back.

I walked in this hot afternoon, my AC stopped blowing cold air. I had to pick my two little ones from daycare very soon. I know nothing about Gas Freon, the salesman was so patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in helping me get my AC back working… Thank you so very much costumer service has become very rare and you prove to me that we still have genuine people working willing to go the extra mile ???

I came in this morning. My car popped a coolant line. Met Mikey who went above & beyond to help me out. Truly grateful because he saved the day. He helped me when i was outside trying to figure out how to get going. I worked with alot of parts guys in the past. But this was better than the rest RT

Mikey was excellent! I had a flat and knew I could repair it myself. Mikey pointed me in the right direction and recommended the right kit. He was already assisting another customer with their wipers and then came over to help me and ensure I had the right tools to remove the nail in my tire.
Sullivan Tire next door was great too. They filled my tire with air and checked the patch to make sure it held.

Whenever I need something for my Prius, this shop always has the right parts. They will also help install it if it’s not too complicated. Osman was great and another young guy with the beard and glasses was great too. Excellent customer service. This is my go to auto shop when I need something for my car.

Mikey at the Braintree store was awesome, checked my service engine light. Picked out an air filter for my truck,, installed it and resolved my issue. Great guy and provided amazing customer service.

Horrible Customer service. Called to ask a simple question, got a response of “Nope we’re an auto PART store.” My sister and I were horrified. So much aggression from a simple question. Definitely not returning.
