We decided to leave AT&T after 45 years, strictly over cost, and stopped in to pay off our phones. Justin and Adam were great. They did check to make sure we were really getting a better deal, without giving us a high-pressure sell. They did give us some things to think about, and although we stuck with our plan in the end, we really appreciated how well they treated us. Maybe we'll be back when the new 5G internet comes out. If our cable company doesn't do something about its prices, we may be looking into another switch.

After dealing with some reps that were not helpful and downright rude, I dreaded upgrading my phone because of what a time consuming and tedious process it is. Not this time, Eddie was awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable with both sales and service. He was able to answer questions, transfer my device and resolve issues I had previously with my plan both effectively and efficiently. This process was so simple and seamless my husband came in and also upgraded his phone the following month. Eddie is a true professional and should be considered a huge asset to AT&T!

Tracy in Braintree with the blue hair is great! She is professional, knew her job well and went above and beyond what was required. I would recommend her to my family and friends. Job well done Tracy!

this is the first good at an AT&T store. Usually people that I've found working there. We weren't really invested in what they were doing or interested in really helping out. but I must say that store saved me from going across the aisle to Verizon. Both the manager and the other person Adam that was working there were attentive and nice. There were several people in front of me, but they took the time to talk to me and listen to what I needed, and then calmly mentioned that they would get to me in a minute as soon as they dealt with the people in front of me. They even helped me get the most for my trade-in to get the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Adam was really professional and great and explained everything to me in detail. I'm very satisfied and this will be my store going forward.

I had issues caused by another location in activating temp number rather than transfer. Justine CORIATY was so amazing in helping me and connect me to the right people. I recommend this store for the caring and efficient staff ( Tracy… lovely person and so competent) and the manager Justine. Thank you for the great service.

Justin was my rep and he was awesome. The whole process was so painless I was shocked. I was choosing a new carrier and Verizon was an absolute nightmare and this place was awesome.

I had the pleasure to work with Kiril, today. He was friendly, polite and very helpful. He was able to help me changing my account from business account to consumer account which is something I’ve been trying to do for a long time and was not able to. I really appreciate the time and patience he put into helping me during this process. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this store to have my line transferred off of my dad's account and onto a new First Net account on 6/23. I was in the store for 3 hours. The young gentleman who helped us was new and very kind, he really did his best to assist us but we ran into issues when trying to get my number off of my dad's business account to our account. I was originally told my dad needed to call ATT to allow it, and while my dad was still on the phone with ATT the manager Colby comes out and says "I was able to do it" and with the employee there seemed shocked and asked how he did it he stated "You know me, I always have a way". Well he not only transferred my number but he also transferred my father's number off his account so I asked that he please transfer it back, they kept running into issues so the manager Colby said he would resolve it, so we left because it was late already. I called back 4 days later because it wasn't resolved and one of the employees said "Oh I didn't forget about you, don't worry, I put in a ticket and will be in touch as soon as I hear back". I never heard from him again. I called back a week after and someone else told me "we can't resolve it, you have to call". Since then I have made 8 calls to ATT, my father has called twice, all calls for over an hour in length and not a single person was able to discover how to get my father's line back to his line. When I called and asked to speak to Colby directly he told me I had to drive all the way to the store that is 30 minutes away from me to resolve it. Which is the most ridiculous request being that when I left the store I was told they would be able to resolve it without me being there. Since then I have spoken to 8 different ATT customer service reps and not a single one has been able to resolve it. The last person spoke to, Miguel, was great and he discovered that whatever Colby did to get my dad's number off caused an error on his original business account and now there was an issue with the business credit that won't allow my father to return to his line without a credit check. So my father is being penalized with a hard inquiry on his credit report because of this manager's error. He made the mistake and promised something he can not keep, causing me to spend 8 hours + of my time talking to ATT customer service. This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever seen. We have a total of 5 lines and will be closing all 5 lines if the issue is not fixed. We are all customers for over 20 years with ATT, we expected more. I will be filing a report with the FCC and BBB.

I went into the AT&T store inside the Braintree plaza this evening, and I worked with Edwin. He was so helpful. I had my IPad replaced an Apple Store and they did not replace the sim. After a lot of hassle of going back and forth with Apple and them insisting that I didn’t need a physical sim only an esim and nothing working and then being walked through over the phone by how to switch it the device using an esim and it still not working and receiving messages that my line wasn’t ready for upgrade even though I wasn’t trying to upgrade I was trying to replace. I went in to the store and was greet by Edwin. He was able to set by iPad up on my cell plan with ease and confirmed in fact that is did not have an option for esim and I was in and out in less than 10 min with a working IPadThanks so much

I recently went to this location to upgrade my Samsung s21. I was looking for something with more memory. I was on the fence about going with the s23 or the s23 ultra. I had the pleasure of being helped by Tracy. She was very knowledgeable on the products. I ultimately went with the ultra.She made the whole process a breeze. The phone had to be shipped to my house. It came the next day. When I went in to have my info moved to the phone, she was able to help. I had brought my kids in that evening and she had stickers for them and even put a cartoon on the TV in the store for them.( I hope that doesn't get her in trouble) I just want to say a big thank you to Tracy! You're a superstar, and I hope you get recognized!
