I visit this business frequently. The people who work there are friendly,funny And professional. I'm there for the Barber services. However, I remember an incident where a Groupon client was trying to hustle her way out of paying the stylist anything after three hours of services the stylist Explained to the client. Totally unfair. After looking at a majority of the negative reviews On yelp, It's the people who are getting a huge discount That are whining or trying to shake down the stylist For free services. I recommend trying this place and see things for your self,rather than scam artists unhappy with their lives Projecting their displaced anger in the wrong place.

Very friendly and they enjoy what they do. Easy going. I hate stuck up salons. The salon was very neat and was classy but the hairdresser's especially Cathy made it complete. 5 stars! ?

I have been here with Fationa and honestly wasn't pleased last October...this time I went to Cathy and was beyond impressed I was blow away but her ability to cut my hair (she asked basic questions before like how much I wanted cut off) and somehow styled it so perfectly I have never seen my hair look this full and bouncy I love it! Also her full highlights took my hair that hasn't been colored in months to looking beyond better then I could have imagined definitely going back and would recommend asking for Cathy!

I would highly recommend Renee LaPlume! I have very curly hair and was always nervous about getting it cut until I found Renee. She is devacut & devacurl certified and never cuts too much! She also charges half of what the expensive Boston devacut salon I used to go to does. She’s honestly just the best. If you have curly hair come see Renee!

I went to Fationa for almost a year. At first the color was fine, but as time went on the color was way too dark, which I told her, and wanted her to lighten it. It was too dark because she overbooks and does not take color out on time. My hair was so dark and damaged that it took me close to a year to get it healthy and the right color. Terrible hair stylist.

I am incredibly disappointed with Cathy. I had bought a Groupon for hair cut, wash/style, and full foil. My appointment was at 5:30pm. I rushed out of work to be there early and after waiting over 25 minutes, Cathy was still not in the building. I even called her and asked her to call me back. There was no front desk staff and one of the other stylists, only after I asked, said that she was out getting supplies (which should have been done prior to the appointment). Then when Cathy finally did show up, she didn't apologize. Her explanation was that people run late and that I should understand because I had rescheduled my appointment prior. That's true but I called in advance. I didn't make her wait. Time is the most precious commodity. Thus I decided to leave. I DID NOT get my services rendered that I paid for. When I got home, my Groupon was marked REDEEMED. This whole experience is incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL. I have never been treated this way by a hair style. Please do not spend your money here where your time and loyalty is not valued.

Fationa is absolutely amazing!! I went in to get full foil highlights and haircut. I showed her a couple of pictures and she just got it. The result was better than what I had showed her and had expected! Highly recommend this place and Fationa! The team here itself was incredibly nice and a positive environment it was. I am so so happy with the job Fationa did on my hair! Will definitely come back! Her work is intricate and she's super nice too!

I called Fationa two weeks ago to make an appt for a groupon I found. She told me not to buy the groupon, that she'd honor the $60 value when I went for my appt. I figured, sure, I'd do her a favor and give her the money instead of groupon. I took a screenshot of the groupon just in case she tried to screw me over when the time came. My appt was at 10am, and I didnt get taken until 10:20 because she already had a client before me. I showed Fationa a picture of what I wanted;
