why does apple make new cords for all new iPhones they should keep the same plugs all these new accessories can add up in money for 2 phones you're talking 400.00 not many people have all this type of money we should be able to use our old cords to charge the phones

Bad customer service. I went there looking for an Apple watch as a gift. Walked into the store looking around, there were employees stood around but nobody cared to ask. After asking one employee where the watches were, she pointed me to the table, didn't even asked if I needed help.Went to the table and browsed the watches, picked the one I wanted, then there was a young female employee near by, asked her I needed help, she pointed to the young guy stood near the front door. Then after I approached and asked him for help, he pointed to another young female just walked to the opposite side of the table. I pointed to the watch on the screen and asked her I was interested in this watch, she stood on the opposite side of the table and asked what was the model, I told her I don't know what the model was, she rudely told me it was on the screen, that If I didn't know what I wanted. After a few back and forth, finally she came to the screen to look and told me it was not in stock there.What a bunch of lazy employees, very bad customer service.

Stay far away from the Apple Store in Braintree. They seem to have rude, arrogant, and incompetent people working here. Took 6 Genius Bar visits over 2 months to find out that my phone had a hardware issue and not a ‘T-mobile issue.’ Highly recommend taking the extra drive to Derby St Apple Store.

Great customer service.I bought 15 Promax and charger here. Always come here when apple released new Iphone. Although I experienced discrimination couple years ago but when I came back (may be lucky) the staff help me this time was so polite and kind.

Disappointed with the service. It seems they’re only interested in pushing additional purchases like chargers or insurance. I even didn’t receive a bag for my purchase. Quite disheartening.

This is the world's greatest Apple store. The staff provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. They are extremely kind, generous, professional, and efficient. I was in a terrible bind and needed my iPhone fixed. Every single person I interacted with on the staff, from the Geniuses to the manager, went above and beyond to help me. I could not be more grateful to this Apple store for the service they provided. Their attitudes and approach to the customer are the reason I have been and will continue to be a lifelong Apple customer, and they should all be commended and recognized for their dedication to their roles.

The worst experience ever had in apple store, after wait and BEING IGNORED for approximate one hour, expressed my desire to buy a phone, once I gave the information (model, color , capacity) the women who attended me were pissed because I declined buy apple care, and then for first time buying phones, reflected one fee (activation and is mandatory) , I asked complimentary information about it, the rollercoaster started, at the end told the manager that I have to travel abroad next day and sent me someone who made the sell in 5 minutes, Keep away from that store, seriously..!!! Ps: F***ing Store..

**** the guy with big ear ring ****bought two I phone with two different apple employee, but only got one receipt because The worst thing is the he tried to sell me apple care + ,screen protector,want me use apple card financial with out my permission,he never ask (Do you want to add…) he just said ok man I got you man just amount someone will bring your phone screen protector apple care all that you good , when I tried to pay I find out all that additional charge , I was in a hurry and I told him to delete ,then he tried to let me pay with apple card financial even I didn’t ask, last thing is I didn’t got my email receipt ,I guess because he didn’t want me to to rate his service so he changed my email address ,never seen apple employee like him.
