Terrible terrible service. Associate would rather rush to have customer leave the store in time to close on Sunday rather than help and get a last sale thru for the day. The store manager should re-evaluate what type of people is working at the Quincy market location.

I came in and tried on a bathing suit in the dressing room as a friend waited outside. During this time the store closed without our knowledge, and we proceeded to checkout. Once we were informed that the store was closed and the doors were locked we were then escorted outside the store as a blonde woman berated us with sarcastic comments and talked to us in an extremely rude and condescending voice. Although we were there after close there was no notice from employees, and despite our apologies this treatment was utterly and outright rude and disrespectful.

This Abercrombie & Fitch is conveniently located in South Shore Plaza by one of the side doors if you park in the upstairs parking lot. It is spacious and usually organized. Sometimes there isn’t anyone working the register so you have to go look, but I haven’t had any bad experiences here.

As someone who works in retail, I rarely get greeted when walking in here. When I need help from staff they're hard to find or seem bothered when you approach them. Store is kept tidy and up to standards but the customer service is disappointing 8 times out of 10 at this location.

Great store with a wide selection of clothes, accessories and toiletries to choose from! Prices are a little high but the sales and clearance items are a good bargain! Sizes range from XXS to XXL in both women’s and men’s. Their perfumes and colognes smell amazing! Very clean and well organized store located on the second floor of the South Shore Plaza. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice! One of my favorite places to shop!

I was struggling with my outfit and they refused to help me because they assumed I wasn’t buying anything I truly hate this establishment I spend over 500 on Black Friday you guys lost a real customer.

Abercrombie used to be my favorite go to store to shop because of the fair prices and good quality. Sadly, it has been going down hill the past two years. The quality of their clothing has become so cheaply made it disgusts and disappoints me. Their customer service in stores have also gone down hill. Every time I purchase an online order it never arrives on time or it arrives late. The workers at the register were so snobby especially the manager Patrick. I used to love this store now I hate it so much. I would recommend purchasing your clothing somewhere else because not only did prices increase it also does not make sense to be paying $30 for a shirt thats poorly made in cheap quality.

I ordered the corset bodysuit from Abercrombie and the Cutaway Scuba Bodysuit from Abercrombie and the size small is very small and the size medium is HUGE and way out of alignment with their size chart and now it is MY responsibility to walk to a USPS for the return and you also need to print your own label. The quality of the bodysuits also wasn't great... esp for almost $100.
