“I had to take my car to SK Auto Body for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. I had the pleasure of meeting Shadi Kassis. He was professional and friendly. The front left part of the bumper was unhinged. After looking at it, he snapped it back into place and then checked to make sure the hood opened and closed and that the hinges were not damaged. He assured me that all was well. I will be using SK Auto Body for any and all future bodywork. If the rest of the staff is as professional and friendly as Shadi, then this is where everyone should bring their autos.

I got my 2000 Acura Integra completely restored with the body kit nice beautiful red I would recommend this place to everybody. “David and Angelo are a great team. The final outcome of my vehicle is great. Needed to return for some adjustments which they were more than willing to take care of. David and Angelo were very focused on my happiness and made sure I was happy. They appear to be a very busy shop, they do excellent work when done carefully. I know that mistakes can be made and a quality shop will make sure to accommodate when a customer is unhappy. The detailers did an amazing job with cleaning the interior, nothing was stolen or missing (sorry for even having to mention this as I have read other reviews claiming items were stolen). I feel the job was rushed, attention to detail of the final product could have saved myself as well as their shop a lot of time and aggravation, but I feel my concerns were validated and they took great care of my needs. The guys using the buffers need to be mindful of areas which have been vinyl wrapped or plastid dipped. Word of advice to owners. Make sure if you have any areas which have been wrapped or dipped, you let them know in advance so they can not hit them with the buffer.

When I book an appointment in advance I don't expect to have to wait forever for my vehicle to be serviced and I don't want to be up sold on all kinds of extra things. This is the first time my expectations have been met. We plan to use Canobie Lake Honda for now on!”
“LePage's Auto Wholesale is a business built on integrity. I wanted to replace my 2010 Honda Element after mine had been totaled in a hit and run. I was frustrated at the situation and just wanted my car back. I found almost my exact vehicle, with lower miles at LePage's. I drove 2.5 hours from CT to look at it and then on a second trip, bought the vehicle. At the time of purchase, the power door locks would only respond intermittently to the button on the door or the remote. LePage's put in writing that they would warranty it past the standard warranty they offer. We just needed it to fail completely in order to properly troubleshoot it. So I took the vehicle. Multiple times it appeared to fail completely and LePage's stood by their promise. They paid my local mechanic to try and fix it. When that didn't work, they told me to bring it back to them. They repaired it free of charge and paid for my rental and even drove me back and forth to the rental company.
This is what "standing by your sale" looks like. If every auto reseller treated their customers this way, the thought of buying a car would not be so anxiety ridden for so many people.
