My wife has been going to Bootcamp classes at the Fitness Asylum for the past few years and I’ve watched her get into incredible shape. So I tried a free 7 day pass last September and I have been going ever since. It’s addicting! It’s a very well run program with great instructors. They have a variety of equipment and class formats. For me, I find the Bootcamp classes are a great blend of strength training and cardio. I still get to do my bench presses

Highly knowledgeable coaches leading the class through full body workouts. Always different, always challenging, always great music. D*** bells, kettlebells, body weight, some other equipment (although some toys are off limits due to COVID). Everything is super clean and they take all the COVID protocols seriously. I just love it here and I look forward to every workout.

After losing my mom in February I needed a change in my routine.I decided It was time to give the fitness asylum a try for a month.I absolutely love everything about it not only do you get a great workout It is a community of great people cheering each other on.The instructors are amazing and very helpful as I have a back injury and are always there to make sure my form is on point.It truly has helped me in many ways not only physically but emotionally.After the first class I was hooked so I joined.My recommendation is give it a try don't be afraid you will thank yourself

I joined two years ago, because I wanted to start lifting weights. There are people of all ages, genders, and abilities that go here. You do the exercises to the best of your ability. Only recently did I try one of their 12 week body challenges, and they really do teach you to eat well, and I'm down 14 pounds! Recommend highly.
