Calvin was at my property within 30 minutes, directly after our very first phone call. He was extremely polite, friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions, and I watched him throughout the entire job, since I'm curious by nature and I also had never seen a well pump be removed and replaced. He was incredibly fast, thorough and efficient. Wasted no time installing my new well pump. I was very I'm pressed and please and can't say enough motive things about him and the work he did. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I had an my water pump die on a Friday at 5 pm. They were at my house at 7:45am Saturday and by 9 am water service back up and running. Great service! Highly recommend!

My pump died and the tank needed to be replaced - I had no water at all. A local plumber recommended Rollins. I called at 8:30 am, received a callback from Calvin at 9:30, he was at the house by 10:30, and had diagnosed and fixed the problem by 11:30 am. Calvin was friendly and courteous, and explained exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. I’m now a Rollins customer for life, and recommend them highly. Update as of 2/21/22: "Lost" our well last night. No water pressure at all.Called @ 7:10. Calvin was at our house 25 minutes later. At 8:30, the problem had been solved. He replaced the control box and relay, purged the tank, re-pressured the bladder, and was driving down our driveway in about an hour! We're very thankful to have a first class well company nearby. Professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond. Simply the best!I was concerned about a "new sound" from my well. Thought I might have to dust off the check-book, but Ben called back and assured me all was okay. He even passed on a maintenance suggestion. Bottom line: another company could have taken advantage of the "issue" , Rollins did not. Great customer service. Much appreciated!Service: Pump repairs & installation

we had a young man come over and he was falling back and forth dont know if he was on something. but he tryed to be to much of on me .he seemed like he was on something. i dont know he did good work . but he also was trying to have more to offer. his name was calvin he had a beard he scared me. he did do a good job but next time i will have my husband here.

I was referred to Rollins thru another well company and I was so impressed with their knowledge and expertise to resolve my issue without costing me what I thought would be a pump replacement. he adjusted pressure where he could to help out cost wise. the 2 companies I talked to before had me infuriated just speaking with them and so glad I got referred to Rollins. their name is now going replacing Policy Well on my system. Thank you!!!!!!
