“Cash management team is absolutely stellar in resolving an issues that may arise in a prompt fashion. Customer service is honestly some of the best I have ever experienced at a bank. To top of it all off, their virtual bank is undoubtedly the most convenient banking solution to have requests addressed right on the spot without having to go visit in person. “Was so upset I couldn't link my paypal to my bank account after many attempts, finally I ask Omar in Littleton branch for help, he literally went to above and beyond to solve issue and I can't say enough about his attention to my paypal business linking problem. Go see Omar or Gail with any banking needs.i have worked with different banks for my business but Littleton team is the best. Since Omar and Gail are there I am satisfied with my bank accounts.”

“I started doing business with Middlesex when I began working in Westford . My two former banks had been swallowed up by large banks and of course service diminished. I have been with Middlesex for decades now and it is refreshing to get a human on the phone when I have an issue. They have always been pleasant and helpful so as long as I live in this area I will continue to have an account with them.”

Boohoo the fax doesn't work after hours....then fax during business hours dummy!! Durrr. “I haven't dealt with this branch but I had my truck financed through them almost 2 years ago and got a great rate. Then about 6 months later I got a pre-approved credit card from them without applying. It has a $6,000 line with 0% interest for 22 months double cash rewards and more. I had 2 problem's in that time once I tried to send $ to pay loan payment and it ended up on my credit card and the other time I mailed the loan payment and the check didn't show up for 3 weeks. I paid online when I saw it was 4 days overdue and then when The check showed up and it processed and I had now made two payments in one month which I couldn't afford. Both times when I called the credit union whoever answered the phone helped me address the situation the last time the woman was nice enough to cancel the older payment that I had made online in order to get me my money back quicker and the first time I don't remember how they handled it but it was very simple for me to deal with it I just had to call and explain my situation and they helped me get my money back. I don't bank with them I do have the savings account with the $10 I put in in order to get the loan but I had never even heard of them they don't have any branches near me if they did I would happily deal with them and hopefully when I trade in my truck I will be able to get another loan through them”

“Elian Pena is the most amazing banker I could ever have! I've been abroad for a long time and I got my online banking blocked for more than 4 months and I couldn't solve it in any way! So this amazing guy called me yesterday to introduce himself as my new banker, I told him my problem and in less than an hour he had restored my online banking access which I've been trying to do for over 4 months!!! He was so polite, nice and helpful!!! Congrats to him!!!”

“FROM DONNA PARKER (on John Parker's email)WCU (Groton office) went through a period where we were unhappy with the service, especially with no one answering the phone!!! FYI/One time, I called the Littleton office asking why wasn't anyone answering calls in the Groton office? (Please note, at that time, I mentioned this fact to someone at the Groton office, when someone finally answered.) Maybe, this was due to the post-COVID chaos that companies were experiencing?Recently, on our last few visits there, it appears that they seem to be 'righting the ship!' And, it is great to see the lobby has been restored to a more modern bank-like atmosphere, now being more inviting and far less claustrophobic.Also, at this time, we want to give a SHOUT OUT to Bethany Schlaich! She is very knowledgeable and always makes good suggestions to us. She has assisted us many times before her leave, and we are very glad she is back!Thank you! :)The Parkers”
