My parents took our childhood dog, Libby, here while she was still with us. Then, when I adopted a dog of my own 3 years ago, Dr. Baigelman et. al are who I chose as my vet, and I'm glad I did! The staff at Family Friends are extremely understanding and accommodating, especially for me when I was a new dog owner with a million questions. Highly recommend.

Been taking my dog here since we got him. I've had other experiences with vets in the past but this has been my favorite. It's good to know that we have someone to ask questions when we need it. Definitely recommend them.

We've been coming here for years and the staff and vets are absolutely wonderful. If you're looking for a vet who truly cares about pets AND about people, this is the place. They are not going to upsell you on things you won't need but will honestly provide you options for pet care. I cannot recommend Family Friends Vet enough!!!

I went for the convenience, I stayed for the care. My former vet is a 15 minute drive, and Family Friends is a 5 minute drive. My cats don't love car rides. I had some minor concerns about my previous vet, name and details withheld. That, and how close FF is, made me give them a try. That was several years ago, and I'm so glad I did! One of my cats needs to be shaved every few months - she gets serious clumps. She used to get put under anesthesia to have this done. Dr. Baigelman said he thought he could do it without putting her under. This cat is rather opinionated, so I was skeptical, but sure enough! The first time was the only time he took her in the back room. He does it right in front of me. It's incredible! And as others have said, the staff are fantastic also, every one of them. They all care. I haven't had any experience with Dr. Bleck, but other people I know say he's just as good with people and animals as Dr. Baigelman is. I know all of this should be a given at a vet's office, but it isn't. PS - the place is always sparkling clean. Again, that shouldn't be noteworthy. Almost every vet's office I've been to has been sparkling clean. Only almost all of them.

Hands down the best veterinary hospital in MA! The staff are all amazing and helpful, from Chris and Shawn in reception, to the vet techs, and especially Dr. Baigelman. Dr. Baigelman is extremely kind and down to earth, and his passion for animals truly shows in his care for them. He takes time to thoroughly explain everything, and tells you exactly what is best for your pet, and what is not worth the $$. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of veterinary care, and will give you great advice based on current research and practice. There is no place I would trust more with the care of my pets than Family Friends Veterinary Hospital.

We have been extremely impressed with the staff and service of Family Friends for our mini dachshund. They are great with our dog, and great with us. Would recommend to any dog owner in the area!
