Was here for a work seminar and the place was easy to find. We were only expecting lunch, which B.T.W. was amazing, but they also had coffee, juice, waters and muffin/pastries in the a.m. bathrooms were immaculate and the building was clean!

Service was great! The front desk did all they could to take care of you.The hotel is a bit outdated. The rooms are nice and I liked the balcony inside. That was fun. Gives it an atrium feel. The pool was nice and warm however I wish there was a hot tub.Overall it was nice but if you want to eat you may want to consider dining elsewhere as the restaurant inside the hotel is not great.

Went for an event that was being held there. The lobby has a really fun vibe with trees and fountains. The hotel was clean as well. The rooms seemed a bit outdated but overall looks like a nice place to stay.

Such a beautiful hotel! I’ve gone here a few times to a toy show that sets up and the whole hotel is amazing! From the pool area to the restaurant I live this place so much! I hope to have a wedding here someday!

There is a great atrium for functions and a very nice pool at one end, with rooms opening to it. Atrium was very cool, mid-sixties, and pool water was chilly. Rooms lack furnishings and are a little beat up. Staff is friendly and helpful.Rooms: Need updating and more furnishings. Rooms around the pool have sliders providing direct access.Nearby activities: Apple picking, right off Rte 495.Food & drinks: Nice bar and restaurant.

The hotel was ridiculously cold. This was supposed to be a pool party birthday celebration. It was so cold most of us kept our outerwear coats on. No swimming, for sure. The staff were great, though.

We love the staff here. It is out of the way location wise. Rooms need updating. But overall, a pretty unique spot & a great place for a convention!

My stay was OK, but just OK, for one night I was charged $99. This room was on the first floor, had only vertical blinds (no curtains). A patchy carpet, and a bathroom that can only be described as usable. The bathroom counter felt like adding any weight to it would cause it to fall on me. The only saving grace of my night was the people not being terrible.Rooms: Poor quality and outdated rooms. Bathroom felt like it was going to fall apart, the hair dryer was sticky.Safety: Numerous issues in the room made it feel like it was going to fall in on me.Food & drinks: The Resturaunt was OK but very overpriced, was charged $10 for a hard cider that can be bought in a 4 pack for that price

I spent 1 night here in October 2023, and it was everything a hotel should be: clean, quiet, plenty of hot water (great water pressure) & with everything you need in your room. But there was one employee in particular, who put the hotel in the "unbeatable" category. At the front desk was Elana, a darling young woman who was seriously doing the work of 5 people, and doing it with a genuine smile on her face, and an amazing graciousness that I've never seen in a person so young. I truly felt privileged to have been able to cross her path, as just a few minutes with her made me feel that there is hope for this world. Maybe that sounds melodramatic, but it's true. I hope that the management at the Boxboro Regency is aware of the truly extraordinary person that Elana is, because she is a "keeper" and an amazing asset to the hotel. I wish the best for her.

If you love Schitt’s Creek and want to experience the real life Rose Motel for yourself, this is the place for you. You’ll feel like you’re in a escape room, looking for clues to help you navigate your way through the 80’s carpeted rooms of intrigue. Need the refrigerator? Just have your friends help you move a 100 pound dresser to plug it in. But wait, you’re not there yet! You’ll also need to turn on the light switch by the door to power that refrigerator and make it oh so mildly cool, a la Clark Griswold. Are you more interested in murder mysteries? You’re in luck, just examine the splatter marks on the curtains and carpet. Is it coffee? Is it blood? Did someone meet their end here? We’ll never know. Are you traveling alone and want some company? Good news, there are live bugs to entertain you. Not the ones in the bathtub, those are dead. I’m talking about the freakishly large stink bug crawling around the headboard. We talked into the wee hours of the night. I made a new friend. Who says traveling alone is lonely? If anything described above keeps you from having a pristine 8 hours of rest, just remember that complimentary coffee is only available from 7 to 9:30. Unless they run out earlier and you need to plead for them to make more. It’s like the Hunger games! Try your hand at knocking an old man down in the elevator to get your brew. It’s so fun, you’ll want to volunteer as the coffee getter tribute for your entire floor. From the surly desk attendant to the weird smell coming from the mini fridge, there’s something for everyone. I’ll never again stay at a lodging that was touched by an interior designer after 1983. I only hope I brought home some bedbugs so I can keep the memory of this wonderful place alive forever.

Had my wedding here last month!! The Boxboro did a great job getting everything set up for me the morning of the wedding and while dealing with all my crazy decor plans!! The meals served were tasty and the grand ballroom was a beautiful, large space for a reception- a perfect slate to decorate how I wanted! Joanne was a great wedding coordinator and made me feel at ease during all of our meetings and calls. We chose a wedding package that came with a bridal suite for wedding night. Rooms are a little dated but honestly didn’t bother us. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Overall, the wedding was pretty affordable and my guests were very impressed. I would recommend this place for any of your events or just for a quick place to stay the night.
