Hosted a baby shower 1/5/25. Everything was perfect. Excellent communication and attention to detail from the Event Planner. Food was great and service was excellent. Our guests were very complimentary of everything. (We booked the atrium space.)

Room was adequate, it was clean and serviceable. No microwave or coffee pot, but those were available in the lobby. Restaurant is take out or room service only for breakfast and lunch, which did not suit me. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff. We were upgraded at no cost when our was missing something expected. I was even offered a free snack. Very accommodating experience.
