I was looking at Royal Enfield motorcycles for a very long time, gradually becoming more and more obsessive, without actually seeing one in the metal. Eventually I started to visit the RE dealerships in my home state of Pennsylvania to determine which one would be best for me. (My wife said she wanted to turn on the iPhone tracking so that she would know which motorcycle dealership I was at whenever I wasn't home. She has jokes. Or she was completely serious.) In any case, I settled on a Classic 350. Now came the really difficult part: Which one? They're all so great. I finally decided that Halcyon Green was the most appropriate color for the motorcycle. That was it. I contacted (via email) the dealership that would be most convenient for me to purchase the motorcycle from and asked if they had the bike in stock. They sent me a link to their website inventory page rather than sending an actual response. I made an appointment at the dealership to meet with the salesperson (who I thought I was communicating with). I went to the dealership and asked for the salesperson by name. I was told that there was nobody there by that name, and that they have a service that responds to internet information requests, but they would have somebody help me. Despite having many Classics listed on the website as in stock, they only had 2, neither of which was a Halcyon Green model. On to the next dealership, which was a further 70 miles away, and whose website claimed to have a Halcyon Green model in stock. Nope. The only Classic 350 was a Desert Sands model, a fantastic looking machine, but not the one I was seeking. The salesman there told me that he could get one for me, but it wasn't built yet. Okay. There was a dealership near Pittsburgh that showed a Halcyon Green model in stock, but I hadn't contacted them yet. I was looking at one of the Halcyon Green models on the Alphacars website one night when my wife walked into the home office and saw it. She said, "Oh, I like that." I said, "So do I, but it's in Massachusetts." She said, "When are we going to Massachusetts?" Alphacars had the bike priced at $1000 off MSRP and Royal Enfield was offering 0% financing, so I filled out the credit app online. Got a reply from Jack the next morning, and then Heather called me in the afternoon to make sure my information was accurate. Heather called me the next morning and told me that the 0% financing was approved. Signed the documents they sent me electronically, and made a date to come to Massachusetts. The Alphacars facility in Boxborough, which consists of 2 buildings, is beautiful (and if you see it at night, it's spectacular!). We looked around at the incredible cars and motorcycles they had in stock before we asked for Olga, who we were meeting for finalization of the purchase. They had my new motorcycle in the small showroom in the Administrative/Service building waiting for me. Olga was just the bee's knees, bantering with my wife and 8 year old daughter, in an easy, charming manner. The gentleman at the reception area helped load the bike onto my trailer. As we were pulling out of the parking lot, my wife said to me, "We should buy all of our vehicles here." I agreed, and we were back in a month for a Mercedes that she saw on the Alphacars website. Again, the vehicle, the people that we talked with, the financing, the overall experience exceeded any other experience we've had with other dealerships. We are Alphacars customers for life. "Expect to Be Impressed", indeed.
6 Month Update: I wanted to call out John (the service manager, I believe) who I've emailed regarding paint matching and other things, as exceptionally helpful, and very quick to respond to my emails. Thank you! Also, after riding and owning many, many motorcycles over the past 40 years, I can say that I have NEVER enjoyed a motorcycle as much as my Classic 350. Riding it is a genuinely transcendent experience. (My wife loves the Benz, too, but...obviously, right?)

Went to their cars, bikes, and coffee. Really cool place super organized, if they run the business like this event I'll bet the service is the best. Definitely first rate, half the people knew the people working there. Worth checking this place out for the cars & bikes they sell. Really easy to get to right off 495. Thanks for a great event, I'll bring the Orange crazy car again next year ?

My review is specifically about my experience with attempting to purchase a Mercedes G550 and trading or consigning my Ferrari 348 with Dmtiry.After several email exchanges during which I expressed interest in the transaction and was affirmed that AlphaCars was also interested in a transaction, I made an appointment 2 days in advance to meet Dmitry, show my Ferrari, and test drive the G550. We agreed to meet on a Friday around lunch time and would confirm on the morning of in case there were any scheduling issues.Friday morning I call to confirm my appointment with Dmitry; he says the G550 is not available to be seen as it is in another location (despite a 2 day heads up and agreement) but that he'd still like to see my Ferrari. I say okay, that's disappointing but agree to come anyway as I understand things happen. We agree to meet at 1.I drive over an hour, and when I show up, no Dmitry. I am greeted by a courteous and professional representative, Dan Hayes, who explained to me that Dmitry would arrive soon and meanwhile he would confirm the aesthetic condition of my ferrari; okay, no problem.Thirty minutes go by, then 45 minutes, then an hour goes by and no Dmitry. I am informed that he is not coming - he didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me that on his own. I am then told that all the lifts are busy and they have nowhere to put my car in order to conduct a better inspection, and that perhaps I should leave it for the weekend and come back to pick it up next week, or just come back next week.Summary: I wasted three hours of my work day despite an agreed-upon appointment, during which nothing that we had discussed was accomplished. I gave this review 2 stars because the people I did interact with were courteous, but at the end of the day, it was a zero star experience.If you have all the time in the world, this is a great place to come and waste it. And despite Dmitry's polite tone and eloquent way of saying things, the experience was equivalent to just another used car dealer wasting my time and trying to make me feel lucky for it. Taking my business elsewhere.

I like the owner Dimitry he is not like any car salesman I ever met no pressure and wants to make sure your super satisfied. The car he sold me is fantastic. I get many comments.

Great folks to work with! Truly a family feel to the place and impressive inventory of Royal Enfield motorcycles, Ural sidecar rigs and interesting vintage European cars. The little RE Classic 350 that I got is a show stopper and great fun on back roads. This is my first bike from these folks but I don't think it will be my last!
