I requested assistance in moving some family items from a storage area in Sagamore to my family home in Sagamore Beach. They took great care in moving the items and were very professional.I would recommend them to anyone that needs moving services in the upper cape or south shore areas.

staff is very attentive and helpful. they always do their best to make sure your furniture is delivered in the best condition it can be! communication is great, and they always do their best to accommodate last minute deliveries!

My new sofa was delivered today. ‘It’s a little wet.’ Uh, you think?! They wrapped it but, not a great job.A few months ago, they delivered a different new sofa with a broken leg. We refused delivery. They brought it back weeks later after supposedly repairing it . . still broken.This company is the worst. Not worth the ‘white glove’ cost. And they do not remedy their errors.

Terrible service .. Guys said they would be go around the block to see if they could find a park. They left us waiting outside and never came back.. We saw them prior making other deliveries, throwing boxes off the truck..Called the company and no one could contact them on regards to coming back.. Now we have to wait 5 days for another delivery.. Took the day out of work. Making two days of work missing costing more than the couches itself

July 2018 - Have already called for more help moving - very satisfied with service provided. Driver was delayed a few minutes in traffic and we received call to tell us - staff was courteous and handled our belongings with care - definitely recommend

Had a 4:30-6:30 delivery window. Drove over an hour in a special trip for this delivery (it is a second home). We waited around until 6:45 and then began our hour plus drive home when we get a phone call at 7:15 saying that the driver is 10 minutes away. Through the driver's broken English he explained that he got "caught up" at his previous job and had no explanation of why he didn't at the very least give us a call. Disgraceful, unprofessional service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The two guys that were supposed to deliver a couch couldn't get it in the elevator and then told us we had to get it up 4 flights of stairs by ourselves because "they don't do stairs." I paid $300 and they straight up refused to move it.
