had my mail forwarded filled out all proper paper that I was told to the person who told me I was all set never told me I had to active through postal service now my mail never got forwarded what a merry gift they gave me

I walked in there about 8:40 this morning the guy told me his system was down and also said he didnt care if the package got out or not thats pretty sad if u have someone like that working poor customer service skills.
