I am waiting for check that was mailed out priority mail from this post office on 5/8/23 and was supposed to be delivered to Rutland Massachusetts. The expected delivery date was 5/9/23 which was the next day. Oddly enough, the package got sent to Texas. It has still not arrive as of 5/12/23. I went my post office to check on this and they said that someone put it in the wrong bin to ship. So the person sending me this check paid for priority mail shipping to be delivered by a certain dateand has yet to arrive. The incompetent person who did this should be fired. This is unacceptable. I'm still waiting for my checkUpdate: 5/20/23 still no package. USPS has been notified and an investigation has started

I cannot thank the people at the post office , especially Michael, enough.My shipment of chicks was late - you can imagine my stress since they are so fragile. Michael tracked the shipment and was very patient with my multiple phone calls. He went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Once again, the postal worker has marked my package undeliverable. This happens all the time. We do not have a mailbox, but after multiple conversations with the Postmaster we have been assured that not only are we able to receive packages, it is still their responsibility to drop them. Our particular mail carrier isn't getting the picture and it couldn't be more frustrating. I don't know why, but my mom was told the postmaster spoke with them personally about this. They still continue to mark them undeliverable. This isn't the first or second or third, or even fifth time this has happened. And I know people would say not to use them as a carrier, and I wouldn't, but when you place an order, a seller doesn't generally give you a choice. It's unreal that this kind of neglect is tolerated at any level in the working world.

Best staff. So much faster than any Post Office our there. Miss them so much since we moved back up to Boston.

My workplace has a Post Office box at this USPS location. The mail clerks are always pleasant. There is easy access to the PO boxes. There is never a problem finding a parking spot, as there is a large parking lot.

I've called twice concerning a package that was missent. Both times the men who have answered the phone have been mean and unprofessional. I hope none of my future packages get sent there by mistake ever again
