I was doing some work far from home and found myself needing some random parts for my Stihl equipment.These guys actually had the parts in stock and held them for me until i could pick them up.The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions.Their showroom was emaculately clean, well laid out and they had a lot of inventory.

Contacted the Boat Guys when I was looking to re-power my 2001 20 ft. Grady White. They were very helpful to assure that I chose the right motor for my boat and they didn't try to oversell me. Ended up going with a new Tohatsu motor that they sell and service and couldn't be happier. They were very helpful in terms of thoroughly explaining all of the technology upon delivery and Rob came out immediately to assist with a minor issue that I had (where they worked directly with Tohatsu for a quick resolution). I've transferred all of my service and maintenance to The Boat Guys based on the terrific experience I've had with them. Extremely responsive and helpful.

I am building a traditional wooden New England bassboat (22' John Atkin designed "Ninigret") and the 30 hp Tohatsu, purchased from The Boat Guy, will sit in a motor well at the stern. But the dimensions of a proper motor well and engine enclosure were difficult to determine from the drawings and data so Mark and his crew promised they would work with me. They have just installed the motor and controls on my unfinished, bare hull and I will now be able to complete the boat around the motor and not screw up with something not fitting. This was a lot more work and time for them and a unique install but they seemed to enjoy the challenge and the work they did was excellent. These guys are great.
