The owner and his staff are extremely professional and curtious.during my recent visit the owner had done some maintenance on my vehicle.when I went pay the bill,it was a little more than I expected.The owner had me pay for most and return at a later date to pay the rest.i was shocked by this act,due to any other mechanic holding your car hostage.a few days later I heard a squeak and reported it to him,when I returned to pay the rest of the bill.he pulled my vehicle in the shop and invited me in as well while he fixed the squeak. He was very engaging even showing me things as he did them,the car now runs like new.I then tried to offer some cash for helping on short notice,but all he said was "I want to do quality work,if it's not right the first time I fix it". I can say that this is probably most professional mechanic i have met to this day.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Great guy. Sam is great in office My Saab has been there for a month I why would car be there for month for a ignition..now two months..sends me a notice for storage.....stay away from Eamond strung to tight needs anger management. Lots $$$

I get all my car repairs done here. Driving on Cape Cod is hard on my baby, and they keep an eye on her so nothing pops up unexpectedly. The guys always explain what they're doing and why they're doing it. I think they've explained my whole car to me twice over by now and then they show me any parts that are broken and explain why they broke. I hated going to the Dealership and feeling like I was getting swindled but not knowing how... I don't worry about that anymore lol!

I have been a customer for a while with SEL and have spent thousands with them on 4 family owned BMW. I recently took my sons X3 in for warranty work previously fixed by SEL. Car runs fine going in and after the repair won't run correctly. I am told a part that was removed for warranty work is now broken and needs to be replaced? My problem is with the owner and his attitude towards standing behind his work, on multiple occasions there is always something else associated with repairs that needs to be replaced. After the owner telling my son not to come back in a sarcastic demeanor, I am all set with his shenanigans. My son who is autistic wasn't happy his car didn't run correctly after the work and told the owner. His response don't come back here. he has no problem taking your money but doesn't stand behind his work.
