I felt like I needed to educate the Rockland Trust employee located at Clay Pond, Bourne Massachusetts. I called to make a telephone transfer between my accounts ( something I have done many times since covid kept us stuck at home.) She proceeded to tell me I needed to call headquarters customer service. She argued with me and did not believe every other branch around performs these kind of transactions. Please learn your job and improve your customer service mam!

Dylan Derby and Meghan Burchill are awesome they are so sweet they took care of me immediately to replace my debit card 10 min before closing, they didn't charge me and they listened to all my problems like they were friends they have a great sense of humor and personality. Usually when I go to a bank I don't even get eye contact and the bank tellers look at you as if you just asked them to do your taxes or to borrow THEIR money. They dislike it when there's more than one person in line and God forbid if you need to make more than one transaction you're really putting them out so when I find tellers like Megan and Dylan I appreciate them!!

I recently applied for a home loan, filled out all the paperwork, submitted taxes, 1099's, my first child, didn't get an answer. I had to call them to even get a status report. No one knew the status. Because I asked why, panic ensued. Next day I was told I had to submit 2 years tax returns even though I was told 1099's should suffice (no mortgage balance). My returns were missing 1 page. You can't print all the pages with Turbo Tax! They denied the loan saying we have 'our process'. all the numbers were there. They advertise as a BUSINESS BANK!!! What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My partner and I went in to cash two employer checks. There was rap music playing and the banker just handed us hundreds of dollars in smaller bills without counting it for us.. to top it off she was dressed very inappropriately. After we were done counting she says oh did you want me to count that? Like... isn't that what a banker does? Completely bizarre banking experience.
