Reserving the storage unit online was easy. I spoke with them on the phone to make my payment. The general manager could not have been more helpful. He took his time showing me around and even helped me open the unit with WD40.

I’m sorry but I don’t remember the name of the person that helped me at the Clay Pond Rd, Bourne location but he was very friendly, listened and understood my storage needs and gave me multiple options to chose from. Even offered me a special that they had for pay for 2 months get 2 free that I wouldn’t even have know about otherwise. The unit I chose was spotlessly clean and easy to access. Very glad we found you!

Renting was pretty simple and the app and the process easy to do. Had an issue with one of the outside units. Sean was Johnny on the Spot and made adjustments to get me a unti inside and walked me through the whole building to offer me the unit of my choice. The customer service was phenominal and I would deffinatley recommend an interior unit at this location. Honestly I would recommend this place for the superior customer service alone. Job well done Sean and thank you for being such a stand up guy!

Great Clean and Secure place for Storage. The staff is wonderful! Sean the General Manager is attentive to Customer needs, and stands by the terms that are agreed to. Great experience.

Workers at Prime Storage Bourne were incredible! Very helpful and answered all my questions. Dollies were plentiful. All in all I was very pleased with this facility.I was not happy to have the rent go up $8.00 one month AND then up another $10.00 the next month!! Thanks, but no thanks I'm done & Out!

I got a decent monthly price and although the actual unit was further from the entrance than originally stated, it was fine. First month free!Cut to month four, after making three monthly payments, I get a notification that they will be increasing my monthly bill by an extra $100. This was no longer a decent price so I had to scramble to get a new unit elsewhere and spend the next few weekends moving out. I would have been screwed if I didn't have resources to bail myself out.I would not recommend Prime Storage to anyone.
