Great practice. Dr. Flynn takes time with his patients, listens, doesn’t judge, and truly helps figure out issues.

Dr Flynn is the best doctor I’ve had in my 49 years of life! He’s so down to earth, non-judgmental, helpful and so kind. Anywhere that I’ve gone throughout Atrius has been nothing short of amazing!

Dr. Michael Flynn is an absolutely fantastic doctor. Poor to moving to MA I had been seeing the same doctor since my teens ( 14+ years ). I was worried about finding a new doctor I liked or "clicked" with as well as my previous doctor. He is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and gets things done while making your day and situation seem just a bit better with his demeanor.10/10 would recommend. ?

I can't even begin to explain my complete disgust with your unprofessionalism that cause me an hour delay getting the care I need for my 3 year old. You should honestly feel aweful and hope you all lose numerous hours of sleep. Shame on you.

Dr. Mann has been my primary care doctor for 15 years. She is spot on and personable. The office convently draws blood on my schedule.

Left for at least 20 minutes unattended in one of the rooms. No apologies but I got some attitude from one of the lab techs instead, after I told him I was a bit concerned about getting blood drawn considering I didn’t eat for 7 hours prior. No assistance or goodbyes from the front desk and no survey sent either so I’m posting my feedback here. Ive heard there’s at least 1 good doctor here but they’re booked over a year in advance, so I’m hoping that there will be an opening in the near future

My doctor (Megan Collyer) has been the most amazing doctor! I have had her for almost 20 years and has been understanding and considerate of my needs

Atrius Health closed this office without notification to its patients. When you call, you cannot reach your Primary Care Physician. This is outrageous.

Dr. Smith is great. That being said, they have hands down the worst front office support staff in maybe the history of doctors. The Dr refered me to a specialist and they couldn’t even get their act together to send over the correct referal and the specialist sent me a bill. When I called PMG for help (I assumed it was an accident and that someone would help) an awful woman answered and basically told me off. I finally had to call blue cross ( who determined it was PMG being lazy) to help me. If the doctors haven’t listened to all these bad reviews and also the countless complaints that are not online, then I have to loose a little faith in their judgement.

Great doctors here but every experience here in the waiting room and being on the phone with PMG outside of the office, the lack of professional speaking and for what i witnessed of unprofessional receptionist here that are unorganized and should be trained more professionally.
