Staff was super friendly, wish I got the gentleman’s name. Tested my battery and recommended a local repair business to take care of me. They could have just sold me a battery and sent me on my way. I would definitely visit again if I ever need auto parts or advice. Thank you NAPA Buzzards Bay, I appreciate your help and advice!

Buzzards Bay store refused to honor commitment made by Plymouth store in spite of assurances made. Smug sales clerk instigated the situation. Was referred to owner for resolution by staff in Plymouth. To be continued.
