No service provided on faulty product I bought. They just said call the supplier yourself. I expected more customer focus after buying all my lighting products from them during multiple renovations.

The sales clerk couldn't have been more rude. No assistance was given when asking questions. Thanks to a knowledgeable customer in the store, we were able to get what we needed. It's unfortunate that this is the most convenient electrical supply shop in the area, but I will choose Togo elsewhere.
