Excellent experience here. Really wonderful people. A special thanks to Tony, the manager. He helped us saved unnecessary towing expense. Took initiative to contact a third party to find out what kind of tire we need in order to get our tire issue resolved in the same day.
Additionally, leaving the car in the pitch dark night at the shoulder of a highway due to a flat tire, I lost track of my wallet and thought I had lost it. After we brought the car to this dealership for the repair work, Tony took time to help me find my wallet! And he found it (still in the car)! Great waiting areas (quite room for work, coffee, snacks, kids room, etc.). That really show how much they care about their customers and customer services. My family have been driving Toyotas for 20+ years and been to many Toyota dealership. This one is the best I have been to. Highly recommend it!

Ken Collings was professional, knowledgeable, and was great with follow up. The leasing process was as expected and comparable to other leasing companies. I would buy another car there in the future should the need arise.

Literally the best car buying experience of any dealership, on or off Cape! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from Falmouth Toyota, specifically, from Justin. When I knew I was ready, I reached out & told him what I wanted and he delivered! He kept me in the loop on everything - from when the ship was arriving in NY to when my truck arrived to Falmouth. Was scheduled for my spark plugs to be swapped out and for the rest of the 60k service.
Took a little over 1.5 hours, and they didn't complete the job, so I have to go back. The reason being they did not have the spark plugs.
Bummed I have to go back and forgo another 2 hours of work due to their failure to have adequate parts on hand.

Falmouth Toyota's Service depart. was incredible! I had a major issue with my car, when I explained it to Tony the manager, he said to get it right down to them and he would have it looked at as soon as possible. I'm a traveling nurse and my car is essential. Dave at the Service desk got things handled very quickly, I received ongoing updates from the service department, and I was back on the road and my car is dependable again. Tony promise fair, good and quick service and he wasn't kidding. All this and incredible customer service. I highly recommend them, great way to experience my first time there. Honest and fair are 2 words that are hard to come by now a days. Thank you all from myself and my patients.
