I entered the store 8ish am. Saw no employees. Found 3 of 4 items ....still no employees. Could not ask for help on 4th item. Went to the register, maybe help there....no employees. Used self check out and departed without seeing one employee.

Not sure it's the staffs fault. But get your prescriptions somewhere else.

We’ve been CVS customers for many years and have found call staff to be courteous and knowledgeable as well as helpful.
