Best pedicure I have had in a long time. Marissa took her time, was super detail oriented and a lovely person too. Nails look great. So nice to be in a spot where people seem to enjoy one another. A great vibe and great business.
Cleanliness: Spotless and use stainless steel tubs which was nice.

Not a new customer, this time was cut twice once on the big toe and sliced on the nail next to the big toe. Did not continue with polishing because of bleeding. No one seemed concerned. Charged full price. No apologies.

Sent my wife to get her nails done and the service was decent she got a beautiful purple nail color and then the next day her nail color started changing to green every day after that. I called to ask for help and the second the man heard my male voice he hung up and then did not answer until I called 13 times!!! When he answered he asked what he could do I stated what happened and then he invited her back to fix it. The specialist cut her nails back for no reason at all and then asked for a tip. Will never go back here.

A friend of mine got a horrible infection from going there and was on medication for months. I would never get my nails done there but decided I would get my eyebrows done there. First they are not too happy when you just want your eyebrows done. Second, I left having to finish plucking all the hair they left behind. Never Again.

I made an appointment for Saturday at 10:00. I arrived a few minutes early. No one was there. No lights, door locked. I called, no answer. I waited until 10:10. That’s so rude!!!Service: Manicure

This was my first time at Cape Cod Nails and Spa. I called to see if I could get in before they closed for the day, they took me right away with no wait. Awesome service. Called ahead because we wanted 4 pedicures and 1 manicure. Not a problem, they could see us in 30 minutes. Beautiful nail art on my daughter an niece's toes! Would definitely go back if we lived in town.
