Not only were they friendly and sympathetic to our situation, they were professional and made our daughter’s Jeep look like knew even though there was significant damage. “If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Absolutely fantastic experience with this company. My cars front bumper was ripped off in an accident and while working with the insurance company we kept coming up with a five to six weeks window for repairs. Upon calling RCC they were able to get the car to their shop within two or three days and even arraigned for flatbed pickup to and from my house to the shop. The level of professionalism and communication was top shelf- they would text or call at every step of the process and took it upon themselves to handle the financials with the insurance company.
