I have been going there for years last year and this year I find that they become very money hungry and I don’t think the service is as good as it used to be. I will never go there again even though I’ve been going there for years.

With > 100 campsite nights over the last two years, I feel comfortable saying this: Not a great family campground experience.
Weirdly long checkin process with one-sided conversation about the rules of the park. Set the tone early on this being one of the many campgrounds that were wildly kid-friendly two decades ago and lost that feel as the management team moved on from that phase of life. Might have missed the mark, but I’ve seen enough to make the educated guess.
Pool closed early for a family campground. We have a very chill 2nd grader…not looking for a ruckus to have fun, but a little grace for pool rules would be welcome.
Campsite isn’t walking distance to anything. To have kid friendly fun, you’ll need to pack up and head offsite.
I wish I had read the reviews before booking. More specially, I wish I had read the responses. I have no doubt there will be a response to this review saying something along the lines of well wished to find a campground that matches our needs. We will.

Beautiful campsite, toilets clean and cleaned every day. Pleasant and smiling staff. Locations cleaned after each visit. At the entrance to Cape Cod and far from the beaches.

Huge place with a ton of amenities. Bathroom is modern, spacious and clean. Many cool things to see and enjoy at this campground. The only think I may suggest to the management is to consider creating a pathway from the tent campsites loop to the bathroom (from site 97) so that people don't risk walking on the road,
it can be unsafe.

First time visiting this campground. Upon arrival an hour and a half earlier ( not realizing check in is at 2 pm) I was told to come back in a half hour or I had to pay $35 early check in fee.(GREED)
After socializing with some of the neighbors in the campsites around us we were told the campsite we stayed at has been empty for weeks. Campground is on a main road very hard to get in and out of when pulling a camper. It was stressful having to leave and come back shortly after - also frustrating after driving for a while to get there. We came back a half an hour later , checked in , set up at the campsite (very narrow and hard to get into) . We took our children to the pool a little while later and was reprimanded every 5 minutes that we were doing something wrong. Staff watching like hawks and constantly telling you can’t do this or that. Honestly we did not enjoy our stay there and will not return. We have been to so many other places and never had to deal with so much pettiness! If you are looking for a true camping experience without being told every step of the way you can’t do this and that I would recommend looking elsewhere!

This place is NOT motorcycle friendly….They have a motorcycle “parking “ area that is not even close to your site. SO anyone who has a motorcycle DO NOT stay here because this facility is not even close to motorcycle friendly! We have personal experience….There are other campground that are truly motorcycle friendly and are way nicer….Remember some motorcycles are well over 50k….Motorcycle people please do not stay here..

Clean bathrooms, and friendly staff. Camping pods were clean, but small, yet provided all of the amenities of a hotel room (air conditioning, electricity, light, and TV). Would 100% stay here again.

Site was pretty good but the camper across from me with the 2014 window tag had so much mold I feel like anyone around it should have sought medical attention. Staff was a -5 on a scale of 1-10. Rude inside and out. The girl at the gate Karen ruined every bit of the trip there. If there was any other place available would of taken the loss and went there. The only nice area is the game room cause this place is out for all of your money. So if you have kids they will be asking to spend. They charge for extra vehicles which we have not encountered before in this area and firewood is more than any other campground too. Will never go back. And every other bad review is about the staff and being rude.
