I walked in and was immediately greeted by Corey Amaral. I was there to see if they had a certain model Nissan Murano. I was upfront and said I was looking but was also going to test drive another make. Cory was so accommodating and sat with me to go over figures in case I decided to come back. Although I did get the other make it was only because I decided I needed a change. I would have 100% bought from Cory.

I received a call from Joe the moment sent an email inquiring about Lease options for SUV's at Battles Nissan. I know sooner sent the email and he had called me and I made an appointment to come in visit the dealership the next day.Upon arrival, Find me Joe was extremely informative. He knew each vehicles key features, advantages and benefits inside and out.Choosing the right Vehicle for me was accomplished through a consultative approach by both he & I. Joe listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and pointed me in the right direction. What I'm saying was I never felt pressured.Joe was able to accomplish this with his expert product knowledge and expertise of several Nissan SUV models. Joe listened to what I wanted to accomplish and identified 3 different SUV options.He was fair & balanced throughout the whole process and he even the whole car purchasing experience fun.I would recommend Battles Nissan to friends, family colleagues, etc.And if you read this far, I want you to know, Joe is not a family member or friend of mine!?

They inflated their service price and lied about items I needed to fix on my truck, so they could, presumably, scare me into trading in my truck. They could get a pretty penny for my manual transmission truck and sell me a new one. For shame. Avoid at all costs. They are liars. I have been coming to their service center since purchasing the 2015 Frontier… in 2015. If you are older or a female, avoid. Very disappointing.

I am SO glad I stopped at Battles Nissan in Bourne and got a new truck. Customer service is AMAZING. Above and Beyond! Corey is Unbelievable! Not just a "salesman", he explains, spends his time to help with all your doubts, no matter how many questions you have, etc. I super recommend Nissan Battles! Corey appreciate your business, kindness and professionalism.

I stopped in with a nail in my tire and the tire leaking. The service department got the tire repaired right away. i am always impressed with the service there and will always get future cars from this dealership.

Never, that I can remember, have I ran across a dealership with a service center that’s closed on Saturday! That’s customer service at its worst. Think about it, there might just be one or two of your customers who work Monday through Friday. So your answer to them is go somewhere else, which is what I would suggest you do if you’re in the market for a new car. Go somewhere where they actually care enough to be there for you.

Routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. The associate was courteous and delivered the car when promised. Work was completed to my expectations and I was pleased with the price.

Unfortunately we didn't buy a car there. But Corey our salesperson was excellent. No pressure, knowledgeable, very nice. They just didn't have what we wanted. I would ask for him.

When Kia of Dartmouth , screwed me with my warranty , This place took time helping me , Nick is the service department was very dedicated to helping me with my SUV after that outcome was over , him and the sales manager gave me a option that I didn't think was possible , Joe in sales was caring what I wanted & what it took , Teddy in the finance department great guy got me in a contract that I wanted not what he thought , and I never had a new car I do now this place treats you great not like other dealerships that just sees numbers and how they can screw you over

Service was great. Nick is awesome. The concept of a core charge is stupid though. If anything the part should be $500 more or whatever and then you can receive a core discount or core credit back.

Love the Nissan Rogue I bought and Corey did a great job. He went out of his way to find the exact color and features I was interested in. Recommend this dealership but definitely check their online specials to combine with the prices in person for the best deal.

The nicest Nissan dealership I’ve ever been into. The associates in sales, service and parts are all very friendly. Bought my car from a different Nissan dealership but from now on will only be buying my cars from battles Nissan.
