I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation 2 weeks in advance. The appointment was for 3 pm in the afternoon. I got there on time. It took them 2 hours to do the work. Very disappointed that I have to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation.

My experience with this place has been good in the past. Today, I left wondering if they actually did the job I had requested. I was asked to explain why I was there when I had already had a set up appointment. Then, when I asked if I could get a radiator flush, (which I appreciate they made time) when I looked at my receipt, it stated my transmission was serviced. I was told it was a printing error which the person assisting me corrected it with a new print out. Still, it's an awful feeling leaving wondering.
