Absolutely amazing staff. I recommend All Pets Medical to all of my friends who have pets. I am so lucky to have found them when I brought my dog over from Puerto Rico. She had heart worm and continues to have awful allergies. Thankfully she's been in the best care and has had everything taken care of by All Pets Medical. Even my dog Kiwi loves going in!!

I was referred here when we moved back to MA 3 years , We returned with our blue nose Gertie girl. her name sake Gertrude Stein They are truly one of the most compassionate thorough vets that I have ever been to with one of my animals. Not just Dr Herbst and Dr Duffy , also the majority of their staff is equally knowledgeable and caring. They always go the extra mile rearranging schedules for emergencies . I cannot say enough positive things about them. I would recommend this team to anyone That has a pet as a family member. Thank you all for loving animals and loving what you do it shows!

I can not say enough amazing things about this office. Everyone is compassionate and caring towards all of my animals. And we have had a lot of them. We have been at this practice for years with several pets. They have helped us though good times and bad. Calling at all hours to check on our pets. This is truly a wonder place to bring your fur babies.

My son was recommended to bring our dog here for heart worm treatment. Went for an X-ray and never heard back about results called multiple times and was always told they would call us back. When we finally got results it was weeks later and I had to call from out of state. Person didn’t even give details just generic answer. Claiming to have been calling for weeks and leaving messages but my son doesn’t have voicemail so how can a message be left. This place is a joke 0 out of 10 I do not recommend.

Our Shitzu Lulu has allergies and eye issues and Dr. Herbst, Dr. Duffy and her staff are caring, knowledgeable and always make our visits comfortable! This is our 3rd rescue and all have been vetted here. Thank you Dr. Duffy.....you (and the staff) are awesome!

For exotics, go straight to the Odd Pet Vet in Weymouth. Despite having a culture, Dr. Herbst treated my boa with the wrong antibiotic protocol. Shots every 72 hours, and he was not getting better. Brought him to Dr Mertz at Odd Pet Vet, where he was put on the correct protocol. Unfortunately, the infection had proliferated due to Dr. Herbst's malpractice, and my beloved 17 year old boa ended up bleeding to death in my arms. To add insult to injury, Dr Herbst's office sent me a bill for a paltry $30 after they knew my boa had already died due to their negligence.

Even after the incident we had at our very first visit at All pets medical center I decided not to write a review, till we had to come back for a routine check where my disappointment grew enough to finally share our story. My Marley is 14 years old chihuahua who needed a dental cleaning, so I did my research and I was amazed by the countless excellent reviews that the practice has...and very sad having to write this now for not having the same great experience as others. First impression- this is the right place to be, after we discuss everything and made an appointment, Marley was admitted at 8:30am on Aug 16th. I was extremely nervous because of the full anesthesia but they assured me that Marley is safe and in good hands and I'll be able to bring him home by the end of the afternoon. Thankfully everything went well Marley and I were on our way to home around 5pm, I was told to take the pad off his paw where the IV catheter was but it kept bleeding so my husband replaced it with a new one, Marley was whining throughout the evening, the second pad was soaked with blood which we found very unusual, so we decided to replace it with a new one when to my shock we realized that the catheter needle (one inch long) was left behind and drops of blood kept coming out of it, we managed to carefully remove it with tweezers. My husband went on the next day to talk to them, they were very apologetic as expected, however they were not able to clarify what might've happened, all we asked for is that they were aware of the incident and that hopefully never happens to another animal acknowledging the fact that this could've been dangerous for my dog. THEY offered (we never asked anything) THEY offered us a little refund but when I went to the routine check a week after(Aug 22nd) they told me they cannot refund me because I paid cash (but if I paid Credit/debit they would have) ? somebody please explain this NONSENSE, so they refused to give me MY money back that they initially offered to, but they said we'll have a credit to use next time, I told them we don't need the credit because we're not returning and I asked if I can use it to buy something for my dog or cat and they offered me couple of useless items, although it was never about the money..it's principal...also they couldn't "find" Marley's chart which as a professional you should be having ready and prepared prior to your upcoming appointment? but what do I know. I couldn't hide my disappointment and at this point I was extremely annoyed and ready to go home. They assured me that the manager will call me on the next day but not to my surprise...we never heard from them. I decided to let go and move on...grateful that Marley is healthy and happy!
Advice for the practice, since we were not able to get our refund...please close the "credit" and donate the money to a shelter, at least one good thing you could do right to end the story!
