Low cost, fast repairs. Get what you pay for apparently. Multiple pieces broken. For example, I brought in a $400 setting to have a prong put on and I got it back with the gold cracked straoght thru on one of the sides. They obviously knew it happened bc it had solder on it. Noticed later that night when I was polishing and the uneven joint appeared. They didnt even attempt to fix it properly. So the $20 work has now costed me $400 never mind the lost revenue on the piece as its broken and can only.be sokd as scrap.Its one thing to make a mistake, but this is now the 4th or 5th time. Other work includes a 200 year old antique pendant I brought in to be soldered and they cut off.both the bottom dangle as well as the top bail, even tho I had left specific written instructions with a drawn picture of exactly what to do.On another pendant they soldered on the prong head for a stone to the BACK of the pendant At this point Ive concluded this was all done on purpose as it makes no logical sense and I will absolutely never be going back, even if I have no other option.

Zohrab did a very small repair for me. The gentleman set proper expectations with me because he wasn't sure the repair would hold. He also told me when it would be ready.The repair held, it was ready when he said it would be, and even though I was only spending a small amount of money with them, they made me and my repair seem just important as any other.Great people, great place, I highly recommend them.

I have come to this amazing shop for years as well as sending my friends and clients and everyone (including myself) is always thrilled. Shant has the best service of any jewelry store in Boston and he does a fantastic job. Excellent products and amazing service!
