I can’t speak for everyone else’s experiences but Year Up did indeed change my life professionally and personally. I saw positive growth in many areas and to this day I’m grateful for the doors Year Up opened for me. I wouldn’t be where I am today career wise if it weren’t for Year Up, their supportive staff, and resources.

Awful experience. Staff does not care. It's a bunch of lies that WILL NOT set you up properly for the future. avoid this place at all costs and go to a real community college instead you'll save yourself the pain of dealing with people who just don't care. Place is a literal joke. From EVERY last staff member to every last "course" that was taught it was absolutely comical. Head this warning and the many others of this awful establishment. Would give the place negative stars if I could.

I graduated in 2016 and I never ended up claiming my ACE college credits . Years down the road I am now going back to school and have been trying to contact someone to help me obtain these credits and have had no luck . NO ALUMNI SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER no one picks up the phone when Ive called and left messages . All my college credits were issued to a year up email I made and no longer have access to. You’d think it would be so simple to reissue the badges to my current email . But literally no one is assisting . I’ve reached out multiple times to alumni relations email and they are no help . WELL there goes those hard earned credits . Thanks Year up .

The Year Up program provides young people with knowledge and internship in certain areas within a year and prepares them for a successful career. Thanks to the lessons held at Year Up, young people gain professional skills. This program helps students to improve their public speaking skills and to be active and confident in their meetings and public events!

Stay far away from this place if you are a young person. It’s not worth dropping out of college to pursue this program. They disqualify you from internships based on weird technicalities instead of academic and cognitive competence ( or lack thereof) . This program ruined my life. Stay in school and don’t take on this dodgy program. Cecilia Matrone is an evil woman.

Unbelievable disappointment with this agency and the lies these folks tell as a parent who was very supportive of this organization Cameron the orientation in the beginning process only to be very disappointed in their methods of educating these young folks and to hear how their mouth is let alone the interns who have nothing positive to say about their internships experiences and why on earth would this program not do a thorough interview with their interns before having them go into a class full of newbies to discourage their journeys??? Huh? No excuse like leave them negative unsuccessful uninspired grads or interns alone! You do not use them to go into a room full of newbies to only crush their inspiration of ever wanting to be bothered in your program. I’m like who gave you all a high success rating when you all are clearly unprofessional and could care less about the out come of these young individual adults! I’m not done here either because I will share how disappointed I am about this program everywhere I go and on social media’s platforms because these folks need to know the dam truth. Then I tried to contact them to get voice mails each time they are always hard to reach also. There is more than just my complaint about this program and young people stop allowing the fact that they pay you for this program be your over all motivation the truth is it is work and effort to expect into this program to become successful in life you must apply yourselves get up early and act as though you know you own your life! Not allow the money to own you or you will lose every time! Because I thought these folks at Year Up knew what they were doing! I do question that whole order over there anyways! You lose some and win some! To me going to school without getting paid to do so is more valuable to the soul anyways! And besides these days the devil is teaching his devils to be just that especially when it comes to money being involved. They may need another program director and even a entire staff renovation! I’ve had with them! No excuses

Lack professionalism quality assurance instructor. Don’t follow the yearup core values rule, swear in class. Gets frustrated when asking questions or ask for help. No support don’t seem to want to student do better, care about the money their self. Lies and very manipulative. And my points were high they can have the control to fired you if she don’t like you... staff and management trust her judgement and all her lies. I think I did all my work fine. Very hardworking , engaging respectful still in a learning process too early for them to get rid of me in the the halfway term. Manager recommended for other school saying their program might have the English class for me. Which I’m think my English is fine. I thought you guys are strongly try to help the students to get the opportunity divide close. So messed up.

Yeah they must offer guideincw to the past criminal and they also have so many Turnover s and everybody is just starting back on point A again and it causing a major rise in the UnEmployment rate is growing and soon we will be tied with Alaska. it is sad how people don't have much faith in their self that they have to turn to a Elementary Agency or Criminal Agency I am letting the Governor Deval Patrick know and Beacon hill that the year up needs to shut down because Vocational students are doing better than those students and they are not being practical
