The delivery team was great. They provided excellent service and went through the invoice to verify all the products were included in the delivery. They pointed out where the box was torn to confirm the product wasn’t damaged. They also arrived earlier then expected, and a text was sent timely informing of their arrival.

My cottage is around back of main building on the property where I live. The delivery team made sure my product was delivered to correct building! Love the tracking feature that was texted to me. I could see exactly were the delivery truck was in real time making it easy to judge how long it would be till it arrived. I am very happy.

I was very pleased with the experience of working with XPO. They had the Peloton bike delivered and installed within 15 minutes. They also provided a tutorial of how to make adjustments to the seat and handle bars.

My two delivery people were quick and efficient. However, they did not speak much English and I had to use my limited Spanish to communicate with them about placement of the equipment. Also, after they left I discovered that my Peloton tread was not properly balanced and there were two gouges and another scratch on the metal side bars of the tread. Very disappointing for an expensive piece of equipment!

No issues whatsover with my delivery. The two men were friendly, courteous, and efficient, made sure my new freezer was leveled and working properly, and hauled away the old freezer, no questions asked.

Issues with washer dryer combo delivery and installation.
The delivery was reschedule 5 times either due to XPO/RXO not having a truck to deliver it or an installer to install the product.
Customer service was not helpful at all as you are dealing with a call center in India that doesn't have the answers, that then calls the warehouse in the states to say that they could not deliver the product.
The product was finally delivered with no installer to install the product. I had to buy the needed parts and get a plumber to install it, which cost extra out of pocket money as it was already included in the installation when I purchased the product.
The delivery guys did a great job removing the old appliances and getting the new one in place. No issues with them, just the company.

I had a lot of issues with my box spring delivery and
mattress removal.
They were scheduled to do everything on a Saturday. There was a lot of communication to pick a date and let us know the time. They also said we would be notified a half-hour before they would arrive.
Well... they came when we weren’t home, outside of the window in which they were supposed to be and they did not call beforehand. When we talked to them, they said they would wait for us. So we rushed home but they did not wait.
We had to call customer service 3 different times that day to find out when they were coming. They were not very helpful as they kept promising the driver’s would call us and the driver's never did. There seems to be a huge disconnect between customer service and their drivers.
The 3rd time I called was late at night. I was informed they said they couldn’t come because the truck broke down. They said they could deliver the mattress 2 days later on Monday. On
Monday, they said they couldn’t deliver that day and to pick a new date. I picked Tuesday and they confirmed I was all set. Then later on Monday, they messaged me again and said they can’t come Tuesday and to pick a new date. It finally arrived but it was such a hassle. I don’t why they are so incompetent.
If they didn't promise us a time window and didn't promise we would have been called, then maybe I wouldn't have expected so much. But when there is so much disconnect to what is promised and what they actually can deliver, it only brings frustration and anger.
