  The delivery team was great. They provided excellent service and went through the invoice to verify all the products were included in the delivery. They pointed out where the box was torn to confirm the product wasn’t damaged. They also arrived earlier then expected, and a text was sent timely informing of their arrival.

  My cottage is around back of main building on the property where I live. The delivery team made sure my product was delivered to correct building! Love the tracking feature that was texted to me.   I was very pleased with the experience of working with XPO. They had the Peloton bike delivered and installed within 15 minutes. They also provided a tutorial of how to make adjustments to the seat and handle bars.
