Absolutely great folks here. Been twice now with issues. Now look, Xfinity phone customer service is absolutely terrible, and they even lie to you to get you off the phone, but in person, much different experience. They actually care and help you through your issues.

I switched to xfinity a month ago and I confirmed that the internet was unlimited many times before switching. After I started using it, they told me that I had a daily internet limit. Is this a joke? And when I talked to the customer representative, they said that they could not help about this issue. If you really want to use the worst internet in America and switch to xfinity and live the regret of your life your are free.

I moved from Boston to Singapore recently, and disconnected my phone number. I filled out an online 'cancel my services' form, assuming that I would then cancel my internet subscription. Then I found out a month later that they require a phone conversation or in-person visit to cancel. Because of the 12-hour time difference, I can't even call the support line. I find it outrageous how much more difficult it is to cancel than to sign up. Still, I am being billed for services in a country that I no longer live it. I encourage you, if possible, to pursue internet services from a less predatory and exploitative ISP.

We dropped off our rental modem, asked the staff if they needed anything from us, and they told us to just leave it there. Well, the staff here canceled our wifi service, leaving us struggling for days to get it back up over the Labor Day weekend when everything was closed while I work from home and need wifi to do so. We assume they thought we were returning our rental because we wanted to end our service, but we actually were just returning our rental modem because we bought our own modem. Days later we are $600 out ($220 because the modem we bought can inexplicably no longer be connected to Xfinity because the staff here canceled our service, $220 on a new modem, and $170 on Xfinity service fees). All because this staff didn't ask us why we were returning our modem and just assumed we were canceling our service. Horrible staff and Xfinity is a horrible scam company.

Shelly is the best. She explained all the options and gave great suggestions. She helped me activate multiples line. She also followed up to make sure everything went well. She has nice personality too!

I would NOT advice anyone to visit this store for any of the Xfinity services. I am a new student here in Boston and visited this store to setup internet connection at my apartment. Initially the staff response was very cold and then one of the agents I was speaking to (Osa) was damn arrogant and disinterested. He not only tried to sell me wrong plans but when I tried to confront him about the pricing of the plans (as listed on the official website) , he mentioned that it’s a scam!! TBH I believe he was a scammer who not only was rude to the customer but also was not ready to answer any questions!To my surprise, I visited the Xfinity store in Somerville and the staff was super friendly and they signed me up for the same plan which this OSA guy said was a scam.VERY EASY TO FOOL NEW RESIDENTS IN THIS DOWNTOWN STORE! Avoid going to this store full of rude people.

This is the only Xfinity in Boston which I travel too I rather skip calling over the phone and go to this store in downtown crossing in Boston I’m person. I am always greeted by management Chelsea and Carolina and the other sales associates are great as well. I have Xfinity mobile and Xfinity Services and I am happy that this store in Boston is attention to details. Kudos to this store in Boston for being great with you customers.

Left work early to upgrade my sons phone, was told I couldn’t upgrade without paying in full or trading in his phone that I’ve already paid off. After 45 mins then I’m told the system is down. I’ve had this service for over 3 yrs… why wouldn’t I be able to trade up without turning in the phone I bought out?? Waste of my time.

XFINITY MOBILE IS THE WORST WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AND A BUNCH OF SALES PERSONS WHO LIE TO GET YOU TRAPPED INTO A CONTRACT AND PAYING MONTHLY FOR A PHONE THAT YOU CANNOT GO TO ANY XFINITY STORE TO GET FIXED IF IT IS BROKEN! THIS STORE RUDELY REFUSED TO HELP ME OR TAKE THE PHONE BACK, BUT THEY SURE DID HAVE PHONES TO SELL! XFINITY MOBILE TRAPS YOU INTO AWFUL RULES AND IT IS DIFFICULT AND NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HELP WITH ISSUES WITH THEIR PHONES AND SERVICE, AS THE PHONES ARE THIRD PARTY AND THEY JUST CONFUSE AND MANIPULATE AND GASLIGHT CUSTOMERS! I DO NOT RECOMMEND XFINITY MOBILE

Avoid this store at all costs!!!They will patronize you if you want to buy something, but then make it nearly impossible to return equipment. I went in to return a modem and they were rude with me the whole time.Zero stars for customer service, especially to the woman manager who wouldn't help me because "they were closing soon." They were open for another 30 minutes. Ridiculous.I think I'll go back to Verizon, because no one in that store has ever been so disrespectful.

Carolina and her staff were amazing! Great experience, best I’ve had with xfinity to date. I was with my young daughter and they made her feel so welcome and even put a Disney movie on in the store for her. Can’t thank them enough, I’ll never go to any other location and have already recommended them to family.

The Xfinity associates (Carolina and Danilo) at this location are the cream of the crop.I urgently needed a new phone for work after it was stolen over the weekend. Walked into the store on a Sunday at 3:55pm -- they were scheduled to close at 4:00pm but they kept the place open for me until 5:00pm.We encountered a lottt of Xfinity corporate hoops to jump through to make it happen but to make a long story short, Carolina the manager and Danilo the sales rep went above and beyond and seamlessly got the job done for me just in time for a critical work meeting I had the following day.I left there with a brand new iphone 14 max pro (With fantastic promotional dicounts), and an ear to ear smile on face all thanks to Carolina and Danilo -- Give these people a raise! They are tremendous ambassadors of Xfinity and displayed exemplary customer service skills! Bravo!

Carolina Danilo and Robert were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I switched my family over to Xfinity from Verizon.They got me an unbelievable deal and set my daughter up with a brand new Samsung Galaxy s23, (We saved $700 on that phone alone!)Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to purchase a phone, make a switch for a family plan, or simply ask questions about all things mobile. These guys are consummate professionals and experts.
