Walked in with a broken + an older Xfinity remote that we were using for our 2 TVs. Was greeted promptly by an employee and he swapped out remotes for brand new ones so quickly! My husband and I thought it might be a process in order to switch them out, but we were in and out of the store with working/new remotes in under two minutes! I definitely recommend this location to others if they’re looking for helpful + seamless service! Thank you :)

Very efficient and excellent experience at Xfinity in Boston! We just moved to Boston and needed to pick up our new internet modem/router. Cheryl particularly was very kind and got my internet equipment right away and answered any questions I had. A refreshing experience from the Xfinity stores that I had been to in years past.

We walked in off the street without an appointment to check out the best deal for us. Yani helped us get a great deal saving over $15 a month. She’s extremely helpful and friendly . Great experience and would highly recommend.

I live in North Quincy Massachusetts and there is not 1 Xfinity store here or in North Quincy! Please give us an Xfinity store ! It's bad enough we have to travel to pay a phone bill!! Help us please. There are a lot of people here who would love this as wee

Absolutely great folks here. Been twice now with issues. Now look, Xfinity phone customer service is absolutely terrible, and they even lie to you to get you off the phone, but in person, much different experience. They actually care and help you through your issues.

I switched to xfinity a month ago and I confirmed that the internet was unlimited many times before switching. After I started using it, they told me that I had a daily internet limit. Is this a joke? And when I talked to the customer representative, they said that they could not help about this issue. If you really want to use the worst internet in America and switch to xfinity and live the regret of your life your are free.

Xfinity extra charges for nothing, doesn’t provide billing information in the profile and doesn’t connect to a real agent. Terrible service, don’t recommend!!!
