The people are excellent, very professional and friendly. The rooms are great, no complaints.Walkability: We were there for a medical appointment at MGH and it is literrally 2 blocks away , easy walk. Also you can walk to Flour Bakery, CVS, Whole foods all an easy walk.Food & drinks: we tried the Deans list restaurant in the hotel for the first time. Food and service were very good. Would recommend to anyone that stays at the hotel.

Listen this hotel is exactly was somebody needs if they are being seen at the hospital. Is it amazing, no, but it does the job.I would say the hotel could use a good deep clean, maybe some fresh paint, and the showers could use a good cleaning, our drain obviously was clogged. With all that said totally worth every penny for the convience.

Hotel is clean, all staff I interacted with were friendly. This location is perfect if you are looking to be close to the hospital. The Fruit Street garage is close & safe ( about 2.5 blocks away) and sits between the hotel & MGH . Both the hotel & garage offer discounts if you are being treated at the hospital.Food & drinks: There is also a Cafe on the corner of the hotel....superb!

There were mice in our rooms! You tout yourselves as a wellness hotel preying on those of us who have had stays in the nearby hospitals and are trying to recover and then you compromise our healing by having mice in your hotel. It is very obvious that the hotel is infested with them considering that none of your staff were surprised when we complained. Absolutely disgusting and your staff were barely helpful. My entire stay should have been refunded. Not to mention that when we finally had enough and chose to leave, not one staff member helped us with our luggage outside and into our waiting uber. It was raining, cold, near midnight, and I had just had surgery and was meant to be recovering, not lifting heavy bags in poor weather. When I first made the reservation, I asked if there were microwaves in the room. The booking agent (booked directly through Wyndham, not a third party) assured me that some rooms had them and he would put us down for one. Our room did not have one and when I called the desk to ask, the staff member said that the rooms don't come with microwaves, but that I could rent one for $20 a day. I was swindled by your booking agent. I truly believe that he knew I wouldn't book if I knew there was no microwave. Considering our length of stay and the nature of our stay, being able to eat warm food while recovering was essential. Imagine my surprise when we moved rooms after seeing the first set of mice and finding that there was a microwave in that room.By the valet stand, someone lost their wig/weave and it stayed right there for the entirety of our stay. It was wet and stank and none of the staff thought to remove it. This should have spoken volumes for the level to which they operate here.Your staff and your facility are atrocious and I'll never stay at another Wyndham ever again. If I could, this would be zero stars. Do better.

We stayed here the night before a surgery scheduled for my husband. We paid $60 for “24 hour valet” but when we called to get our car the morning of the surgery they never answered. When the front desk finally got ahold of the valet it took another 15 min for them to locate our car, we were late to the surgery!luckily Mass General is so close!!We had dinner at the hotel, huge mistake. The service was horrible, the waitress never checked on us once, took 45 minutes to just get a salad then another 20 min for our main dishes. The food also came out prepared differently than the menu promised.overall pretty awful.

We stayed one night, the receptionists were very friendly and check-in was quick. The room is spacious and bright, although we found objects from previous guests. Therefore it suggests that they do not clean the rooms as they should. After checking out we were able to leave our suitcases stored in a room and the service was very good. The location is good although the construction in front is a bit annoying

Really enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Hotel. Service in all areas was second to none. Great location. For anyone contemplating staying here, I say, GO FOR IT, you won't be disappointed.

I wish I could give a zero star. I went to this hotel with my daughter and was a disgusting experience. It was a mouse in my room, I called the receptionist and they moved us to another room. Guess what? At 1am, I started hearing a loud scratching noise and SURPRISE, There was a mouse again in the room. So, two different rooms, both rooms with mouse. That makes me think that the whole hotel is full of mouses. I called the receptionist and they offered us breakfast in the hotel. Do you really think that we wanted to eat on a place full of mouses? Just disgusting. Go to another place.
