Beautiful flowers! I sent my daughter a beautiful arrangement for her birthday. It was expensive but you get what you pay for. I would for sure order again. Also excellent customer service. Above and beyond.

We are just keep receiving poor arrangements. It's not worth it and they overcharge you. When we poured it out to them they were very defensive instead of being apologetic.

It’s difficult to express how outstanding of a job the Winston team (Molly, Bryan + team) did for our engagement party at the Isabella Stewart this fall. We had reached out to several other florists around New England, so we had many other floral studios to compare to, and Winston immediately stood out with how customer friendly and professional they were to work with. We felt very comfortable working with Winston and the team was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Most importantly, the floral arrangements were STUNNING and exceeded any expectations we could have had for our vision. I could not be happier with choosing Winston. I've been using Winston Flowers since they partnered with WGBH for mother's day flowers (as I recall- that was in my long ago youth!) Their quality is ALWAYS excellent. I have never ordered flowers from them that disappoint. The flowers are always beautiful and last a long time. Have always gotten rave reviews from the folks I have sent them to. Winston Flowers is not cheap but if you're going to send flowers you should go for the best quality. Their delivery is usually same-day, too. Always worth it!!! Highly recommend!

I'm disappointed but not surprised to see all the recent one star reviews. Winston outsources their deliveries to local partners with questionable ethics. When I shared my concern the customer service rep lacked empathy and also noted that next time I could order earlier if I wanted Winston to be the vendor to deliver vs their vendor as a courtesy. There won't be a next time. Highly recommend avoiding this business - it treats people terribly.

I never have to worry about delivery, as I know they are committed to their clients and customer care. I have peace of mind whenever Winston is in charge of any flowers that I order for special occasions
